When walking 10,000 steps is the most underrated way to burn fat

"You don't need to train for hours," a fitness coach asserts, "walking 10,000 steps is the most underrated way to burn fat." Walking was emphasized as an elite exercise by a fitness coach because of its low intensity and low need for recovery. She stated that it aids in daily calorie burn of 500. Losing weight through walking 10,000 steps has been shown to be beneficial. 

While hitting the gym to do rigorous exercise and eating caloric deficit diets always top the list of what things you should be doing during weight loss, walking is often ignored as not an effective way to burn fat.

 However, Vimal Rajput, a fitness coach, believes that walking is "the most underrated way to burn fat." According to the nutritionist, "10k steps per day can burn around 500 calories, which is 3,500 calories per week, which is 1 pound of fat per week." 10,000 steps! 

The unappreciated method of fat loss Stressing that 10,000 steps help you lose weight or shed fat, Vimal said, “This [walking 10k steps] is the most underrated way to lose fat.  You don’t need to train in the gym for hours and hours.  You do not need to exhaust your body. You don't have to do a lot of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) or long runs. 

Simply get outside and move. Why are elite walkers? Vimal revealed that the reason walking is considered the most elite form of exercise is due to its low intensity and lack of post-exercise recovery. However, after an intense workout session, it is always suggested that you take a break to allow your body to recover.
 

This means that you can put more effort into your gym lifting sessions, according to the fitness coach. When you combine walking and weight training, you'll lose weight. You don’t have to spend a huge chunk of time walking, either.  It can even be broken up over the course of the day. And don’t even stress about step counts - just move more wherever and whenever you can,” she added.
 

She also recommended purchasing a walking pad, describing it as a game-changer for those who don't get out much. Be that as it may, using a walking pad is not the same as going outside and breathing in the fresh air. However, it's a great way to get your steps in if you're busy and unable to get out much,” she added.
