When Those Feelings And Develop Emotional Intelligence

There is an old joke that he walked down the street early in the weekend and went home and saw another man on his hands and lap looking for something, apparently very drunk. "What are you looking for?" He asks the drunk. "The key to my house," the man replies. "Where did you put it? He asks. "Two blocks down," he laughed. "Why don't you take a look there?" "Because the light is much better here." Well, during the initial training and learning, I was pretty anxious about myself in many ways! Yes, even I may say that I am now quite extreme in the opposite direction! I tried many things I learned using self-hypnosis and various aspects of the standard NLP approach, overcoming this anxiety and lack of confidence in my ability to do what I wanted to do, but none of them worked. It seems that. Make me work. I still had butterflies in my stomach and wasn't really confident. In fact, I was nervous about doing what I wanted to do (what if everything went wrong and failed !!). I spent some time fighting anxiety, and one day I told myself. Just feel it. "And something amazing happened. There was a feeling of tension and it disappeared! I was shocked. I've been fighting it for the past few months and years, and all I really had to do was feel it. I admitted it and stopped struggling. In this way, you sharpen your own awareness of your own world map. One of the requirements of NLP is to "meet people on a world map". This is the process of looking at things from their point of view, recognizing their experiences, and at another time, a much deeper discussion. Well, I was good at doing this with others, and my successful therapeutic counseling over the years gave me solid proof of it, but before this all started, I was all I suddenly realized that I hadn't met myself those years ago in my world map. Whenever I feel disliked, I fight, resist, fight, and know what they say. When you fight yourself, someone always loses, and I decide that someone is you. I resist my feelings, but admit them and work with them. So where are you going with this? If you feel uncomfortable, useless, or simply disliked, start by recording those sensations. This is just the process of identifying where your emotions are in your body and actually finding them in your body. Next, consider the size and moving method. In the past, the dents in the abdomen had a sensation of flapping, and when they resisted, they spread more and more to the chest and back. Even if you really pay attention to your physiological sensations and think about the temperature, you can go one step further and think about what kind of color it would be. Most people claim to know what they are, but feeling that, you are surprised by many who are far away and unfamiliar with the physical characteristics of the emotions they are experiencing. Would, they just passively wake them up without actually noticing them. Since emotions are physical (even chemicals and all other kinds of things), the first step is to map that physicality. Next, accept your feelings. I agree that you feel it. To learn more about accepting things in your life, dig into the article from the previous issue of Adam Up, which was all about it, it's in the archive of my website. Of course, some would say, "But I don't want to feel it" or "Don't feel it." I know some of you think, so this is important. You feel it. If you want to change your emotions quickly, the most convenient thing is to meet on a world map and accept the presented emotions you have. If you refuse to do this, then just resist it or fight it, as I did. Then attempts to change it have to start where you aren't, and it rarely works (as our tipsy guy looking for his key on the wrong street can prove) then you are positive to find out what you mean. What is your body and subconscious mind trying to convey to you? Sometimes emotions have some kind of message to us. In other cases, it is a sensation that our bodies must feel. What is this feeling doing to you (if any) or is it trying to tell you? Well then; feel it. Just be careful not to feel and struggle. Just feel it. Don't forget to breathe too;) You don't have to do this for a long time, but it's really good to feel something. Being able to feel it even if you feel sick means that you are alive (woo-hoo!) And that you are in touch with your feelings. Both of these are good things to acknowledge and realize within yourself. Simply accepting and recognizing an emotion often means putting it in a completely different perspective. The last part of this process is to play with the senses. Increases emotional strength, They reduce it. If it's one color, it's a different color, if it's moving in a particular direction, it's moved to another color, if it's a particular size, it's made larger or smaller, basically trying it out, this feeling to find out how much impact it has on. You'll be amazed when you realize how influential you really are. As you begin your experience, you'll see how much control you have in your feelings. You may find yourself that your emotions are neither true nor false. They really don't mean anything. They are just the sensations you experience in your body. If you resist them, they will be there for a while, but if you accept them, you can start playing with them and change them. Does that mean you will never feel sick again? Number Feelings come and go, but that means you can start to have more and more of the kind of emotions you want. I know what you want to do in life, you will want to puncture your life with better feelings, am I right? So enjoy your day today and make sure you bring some good feelings to your life.
