The United States has been important for some devastating fights throughout its long history. The Second Great War and the Second World War were immensely troublesome struggles that stretched the country's assets to the max. However, none of these confrontations can contrast with The Civil War, not only because of the severity and destruction of human existence but also because of the damage to the social structure that caused that terrible fight.
The United States is pleased that it has never had a fight on its home soil. Aside from Pearl Harbor and 911, at no time have we been robbed on our own land.
