When iPhone 14 Lunch

The Expected Features of iPhone 14

No notch is the holy grail and Apple’s mastered it – as they say – and we expect nothing less to be honest. The expected features, apart from the no notch setup, will be expected in the 6.7 and 6.1-inch models. Boasting an A16 chip, the Qualcomm X65 modem-loaded, iPhone 14 will feature a notchless display and at the reverse side users will get a pill-shaped camera cutout back without any rear camera bump, interesting, isn’t it? iPhone 14, At The First Glance You can notice the hole-punch camera and the notchless display if you’ve already picked up some leaked or photos of this year’s flagship device for Apple, but if you’re a believer of good-old surprises then you might be saddened to know that iPhone sizes will drastically change in 2022.

  1. The iPhone Mini, after a poor and unpopular review from customers, is being shelved, and we’re going to see bigger sizes of iPhones in the coming years if things are to be put into the size perspective. Apple is planning to focus on larger iPhone sizes for its flagship devices, and we’re expecting to see a 6.1-inch iPhone 14, a 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro, a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max, and a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max. What More? The Face ID Might Go Away Yes, the Face ID feature, which is regarded as Apple’s scanning and unlocking feature since 2017, will see some changing and replacing come September 2022. The 2022 iPhone 14 Pro models are expected to eliminate the notch in good of a new design.
  2. Thicker Body & Titanium Frame The durability of iPhones has been questioned since forever, but times are changing in this cordon and Apple iPhone 14 Pro models might have a thicker frame made of titanium. Redesigned speakers and microphone grills are also proposed by some corners, which are highly likeable considering the premium price of the Pro models. Camera Improvements – Greater Optical Zoom With Periscope Each year we’ve seen some exceptional improvements come our way when it comes to the cameras. This year won’t be an exception too, it is believed that the iPhone 14 Pro models will introduce a periscope lens to focus on optical zoom better, and you can see some changes to the Ultra-wide lens along with the periscope zoom lens upgrade.
  3. The Pro iPhone 14 models may get a power of 48 MP cameras with 8K video recording capabilities. Mind you, iPhone 14 will most probably have A15 bionic chips where the Pro models will have the A16 chip. Pro-Motion Display & Other Features It was expected that all iPhone 14 versions will have a Promotion display with 120Hz refresh rate, but that turned out to be untrue. The 120Hz refresh rate is going to be an iPhone 14 Pro feature now, official sources have suggested.
  4. Cooling Systems Ever since other big smartphone giants have started using systems to keep their device cooler under heavy stress and usage, Apple’s yet out of the game as things stand. This will enhance the iPhone’s ability to perform during heavy stress and high temperature conditions. The iPhone 14 and new Apple Watch Series and a 2 TB storage option, doing the rounds, but things will be clearer as we come close to this year’s mega Apple event. Stay tuned for more iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 updates here. German suggests that the iPhone 14 will finally ditch the dreadful notch, which is a major eyesore in the 2021 iPhone 13 models. For the iPhone 14 models, we may see Apple adopting the hole-punch display design for the iPhone 14 series. However, according to some other leaks, it won’t get a single hole-punch design but a pill-shaped design, similar to the original OnePlus. Renders by Angelo Libero suggest that the pill-shaped hole-punch will be centrally placed and will house the front camera, Dot projector, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. So expect it to retain the Face ID unlock system, and Apple may not implement the in-display fingerprint sensor after all.
  5. German believes that Apple will revamp the design of the new 2022 MacBook Air and will install a new M2 chip inside. It is expected to come with incremental upgrades over the M1 chip. According to him, the M2 chip will be an 8-core CPU coupled with either a 9-core or 10-core GPU, which should perform better than the current 7-core and 8-core GPUs on the MacBook Air. The Mac Pro desktop tower is likely to launch this year, replete with Apple’s 40-core CPU and a whopping 128-core GPU. It could be accompanied by the new Mac Mini and a bigger iMac.
  6. The much-speculated Apple AR/VR headset may finally be unveiled at the Apple WWDC 2022 (Worldwide Developer Conference). The Cupertino-based firm is also gearing up to launch its latest iPhone SE 2022 with 5G, an iPad Pro with wireless charging support, and a new version of the Apple Watch in 2022, according to German.
