when Health & Fitness

Although modern medical technology is ideal, it does not save you from the problems of unhealthy lifestyle. It can be frustrating and intimidating when you start your fitness journey. It is important to consider both physical activity and diet. Finding what you love is the key to success, as it is the most effective and manageable way to lose and maintain weight.

Remember, every minute of exercise you do is more important than yesterday, so you should be proud of it and keep going.

An ounce treat is better than a kilogram of treat. Here are seven ways to live a long and healthy life. In addition, the same lifestyle that helps protect you from diseases can also help you lose weight.

1. Get enough exercise.

In the past, people had to use their physical activity in the curriculum. But today a person can get out of the car and go to work, then get out of the car and go home and stay for the whole day when he comes home. There will be no physical exertion in such a life. This inactivity is one of the major causes of many diseases. Sports and running have become a part of our normal routine so we do not need to be physically active, physically active or involved in other activities in our life.

2. Lie down while sleeping.

Most people wake up late, even when their body says it's time to sleep. From a Muslim point of view, it is best to go to bed and work early in the day. However, people who like students are encouraged to have coffee and read at night. Others make it a habit to work hard at night and sleep during the day. Even if we are able to do this, it will eventually have a negative impact on health. Some health experts say that this unhealthy lifestyle is actually the cause of cancer and other diseases.

3. Eat when you are hungry.

Also, we often reject physical messages. If you eat at certain times of day because of habit or social stress, you may not be able to digest your food properly even if you are not really hungry. It can cause acidity and abdominal pain and increase the chances of developing other complex diseases. Feeling hungry is a sign of good health, but if you are not hungry then you should eat for a while. (If you do not feel hungry even after waiting for a good time, then you should consult a doctor because something is wrong.)

4. Sharpen regularly.

If a person is asked to work 365 days a year without rest, he complains and asks for rest, otherwise he will break down. But we never bother to ask or think about our digestive organs, forcing us to work every day without rest. They told us they couldn't tolerate anyone treating their boss the same way they treated their boss, but they couldn't work without quitting. When we ignore those signals and force them to work, those organs break down.

At what time is fasting required in Islam? After a day's meal or even after 365 days the organs are firm and our body is prone to diseases. It relaxes your digestive system and helps in flushing out impurities from your body. Regular fasting allows a person to devote more time to mental and spiritual activities.

5. Wash off with cold water before sleeping.

As mentioned above, proper sleep is essential for maintaining good health. If you clean your vital organs and nerves (hands, eyes, feet, mouth) with cold water before sleeping, it will prepare you for rest and deep sleep.

6. Meditate regularly.

Your body is connected to your mind. Many diseases of this period are psychological. Depression and anxiety affect our physical health. Meditation is a mental activity that, among other things, allows you to free yourself from the worries of life. Consult your doctor or physiotherapist to find the easiest way and do it regularly.

7. Get up every morning.

The Islamic view is that getting up early in the morning makes a person healthy and prosperous. I don't know if it will make you rich or not, but it will definitely make you healthy. Your body needs more or less sleep.
