You probably won’t be in the trading business long before you get your first complaint. It will not help, however: low-paying clients do not pay anything and rely on the Earth, at the same time when the most self-sacrificing pay a lot of money but rely on inhumane effort as a reward. You will not always be able to please everyone, even if you try hard - there will always be someone who is not satisfied with what you have done. So what can you do about it?
Do Not Have a Cup or Chase.
A consumer complaint may seem silly to you, or it may be offensive - but that doesn't mean you can respond in kind. You have to take each customer’s complaint seriously and continually pretend that 100% is your fault that what mattered was not their pride.
Keep in mind that each sad customer will talk about their satisfaction with your clients (research varies, however, a few say they may inform as many as 20). Those talented clients will not be able to pay attention to your side of the story. Going the extra mile to maintain the unreasonable satisfaction of customers is a safe way to save them from the wrong commercialism. Do not be afraid of litigation: you should, instead, constantly plead with them, to give them the risk of putting matters in perspective before informing anyone.
Write a Letter for Apology.
People will appreciate your long-term efforts if you make an effort to write them a letter of apology, say you are sorry for the inconvenience and respect for them, and give them time to let you know. For example:
'Dear Sir,
It has come to my attention that you are not satisfied with the carrier you received from my employer thanks to the delivery of goods to your home. We have now contacted our transport company and closed the problem, or I can see that this has gone too far to avoid disturbing you.
I would just like to express my regret to you for the incredible happiness you have had with my employer, and I wish this could never again jeopardize our chances of doing business together again in the future. '
Make sure you sign the letter yourself, with a pen. People hate to see books with signatures published in them.
Give Partial Refund.
The last part of your letter should refund the full amount as you may have the money to provide - in this case, for example, when there is a transportation problem, you should provide a full refund. transportation, as well as extensive contact for frequent disruptions.
This way, you can turn your angry clients into the number of those who are most happy. They will let everyone you know see that there was a little problem that was not your fault and that they may have complained very badly, but you treated them well and returned their money.
Being able to let people see what you are doing well in the forums is the number of high-quality oral word advertising you can get. Plus, that well-meaning buyer is likely to come back and do business with you and - or, of course, be worse off if things go awry the second time.
Make Another Complaint.
Most of the time, when a consumer complains about something, it is not your fault - it has turned into a kind of few problems with your supplier or someone you trust. Of course, the consumer has not seen this, yet, he sees it, and wants to do something good for them. Write a letter of complaint to them, as follows:
'Dear Sir or Madam,
Because your network company is unavailable this week, I have received a linked buyer continuity. I wish you would see that I am not too happy, and right now I am thinking about providers. '
This booklet includes a sample of each complaint from the customer who finds the way to them. Your provider will always be willing to keep you as a consumer and will provide you with several types of refund packages - which you can skip to your customers, or use to cover the refund amount you have already provided. see.
