For Biggs Boss Ultimate, the show runners, have brought back the most popular, controversial and celebrated contestants of past seasons, giving them a second chance to win over the audience, redeem themselves for their past mistakes and claim the coveted title.

- Superstar Kamal Haas, who has been the face of the Biggs Boss Tamil since its inception in 2017, returned as the host of the maiden season of the Biggs Boss Ultimate. During the launch event, the actor noted that he wouldn’t miss an opportunity to keep up with the fast-evolving face of entertainment.
- “I came from the big screen to the small screen and now from the small screen, my profession has led me to screens on hand-held devices. And I will be there when my profession takes me to the screens of wristwatches. Especially, a show like Biggs Boss, which helped me to show my true self, coming to the OPT, I won’t miss it for anything,” Kamal said in his opening speech.

After four months, Biggs Boss 15 has finally come to an end. The show witnessed a star-studded two-part finale over the "weekend" with Tejasswi Prakash emerging as the Biggs Boss 15 winner and Pratik Sehajpal and Kara Tundra as the first and second runners-up, respectively. They, along with Shamika Shetty, and Nishant What made the top 5 contestants of the show. Rashad Desi got evicted on the Saturday’s episode.
Former winners such as Gautam Gelati, Rubin Dilaik, Sheet a Tiwari, Urvashi Dholakia and Galahad Khan performed in the finale of the show, hosted by Salman Khan. The finale also had Salman Khan interacting with Gehraiyaan’s cast including Deepika Padukone, Alanya Panda, Siddharth Chaturthi and Delay Karma. He also welcomed Shehnaaz Gill on the stage, who gave a moving tribute to late Siddharth Shula.
