What You Eat Affects Your Breath

Is there a link between Asthma and Diet? Yes. What you eat greatly affects the functioning of your respiratory organs — it affects everything. As a result, if one wants to control the symptoms of asthma and seizures, this is one factor that should be taken seriously.

According to medical research, Asthma is an inflammation of the lungs. In addition, asthma attacks can be caused by chemicals, air pollution, pollen, fungi, dust, animal sucking, food, exercise, and temperature changes.

However, friends, when I talk about my experience with pneumonia from the age of 7 until I am 20, the one thing that I think has the biggest impact on everyone's breathing and health will be what a person eats.

This fact has worked in many programs aimed at improving respiratory health, such as the "Breath Retaining Program for Asthmatics" by Russia, Dr. Buteyko. Within weeks of adhering to her advice, chronic asthmatic was able to stop using Ventolin inhalers.

Now, I have never used his system; however, in my quest to eradicate the rash, I stumbled upon a dietary change that miraculously treated asthma, halitosis, and general weakness. Being amazed at how this change in eating habits worked not just one but all my health challenges made me research and found that such a system exists even with him.

“What are some dietary suggestions?” one might ask. Simply put, it eliminates all processed foods and animal products such as meat, milk, eggs, and the like from your diet - simple and easy.

Two quotes come to mind to promote this: "You are what you eat" and "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food."

Now, I ask you the question: “What is the discharge that occurs during a heart attack and all breathing and coughing?” It's sputum.

All of the foods listed above contain a lot of mucus that builds up, and when digested (in the case of digestion), it leaves one with a layer of excess mucus and slime. Remember that the lungs are the most important organs in isolation, and if you add their function to this fact, it is clear that using these substances only harms the body.

Plus, in my experience, DON'T PLAY LIQUIDS WITH YOUR FOOD FOR ANYTHING. This prevents digestion by mixing the necessary juices in your stomach for that purpose. As a result, it prevents the much-needed extension of the artery and, as a result, the narrowing of the lungs - the life-giving airways - leading to respiratory sounds of any respiratory patient.

So what should a person eat as an asthma patient?

Yes, direct opposite foods, mucous or non-mucous foods.

se are just fruits and vegetables. Ensure they are natural if possible or at least not on the list of “dirty dozens,” i.e., those heavily contaminated with pesticides such as apples, Mexican melons, grapes, etc.

Trust me on this; Speaking of experience, you would do well to avoid the fruits of that list when it comes to pneumonia. However, you will still be much better off if you cut yourself off from those foods that have been labeled for forming mucus in the beginning.

Some small things will still work about natural asthma treatment; however, diet is a major contraindication.

Remember that what you eat affects how you breathe… and how you breathe affects how you live.

Here's a breath of fresh air.
