What you Are Not Doomed To Be Fat Forever

I know, you probably think you should eat to lose weight. But nothing could be further from the truth. Besides the abnormalities, most people are born with normal body weight. But then we learned how to eat. Eating causes the body to enter survival mode. Eating on its own causes a strong biological urge to eat high-calorie foods. It causes the natural senses of the body to release all the controls of the mind. It helps the body to increase appetite and reduce heat loss. Food has enabled us to fight against our physical health, a very basic natural feeling of the body. To illustrate, think of how difficult life would be if you had to go to a bathroom with a strict schedule. What if you allow yourself to urinate only 3 times a day? 8 a.m., noon, and 6 p.m. you can deliver 5 ounces exactly. You could measure it - yes - to make sure it was the right value. If you need to do more, you could force yourself to wait until the next scheduled time. And worst of all if you need to leave at 10 a.m., hold it until noon. You would be upset. Your body will have a very difficult time complying with the wrong schedule. It would probably be bad. Eating too much because your body rejects hunger does not make you a failure. It means you are human. * It does not make you sick. * It does not mean you are permanently wrong. * It does not mean that you will always get sick and try to recover for the rest of your life. * It means you did your best at that time. * It means you can forgive yourself and move on. Food is the most natural thing we do and your body knows exactly what you need to live on it is best. All you have to do is practice listening and ACT with knowledge. Your body knows what to do. Just as it can breathe, reproduce, and heal. Think about the way children live, we can learn a lot from them… * They relax when they are tired. * They run, jump, swim, dance and play to the best of their ability because it sounds fun and fun. * They choose what they eat. They will starve rather than settle for something they do not like. * They eat when they are hungry. * When they are full they must be deceived or bribed to eat even one meal. * Drink when dry. * They love their bodies and do not care what their thighs look like or their stomachs are low and firm. * They should not think about all of this. It just happens naturally and easily as part of being human. All of these natural conditions reside in each of us, too. We all have an innate ability to care for ourselves. We just have to remember. We just have to go back to the habit of listening to our bodies ... of following its wisdom. Remember, normal weight is your birthright. It has been stolen from you. Now you get it back. So stop imagining yourself being obese forever. You are not limited by your weight or your diet. Let overeating and obesity continue in the past. Serve them well for life. Once you have stopped eating and adopted the body you were born with, you can return to your unique, normal weight. I'm not suggesting that everyone be model-skinny. Persistent, cruel pressure to be too small is a big part of the problem. Some bodies are designed to be flexible and flexible. Some are naturally sharp and angular. We are all different people, tall, muscular, muscular, small, short, etc. There is an amazing beauty in variety. Accepting and loving the unique beauty of your body will heal and set you free. Be like the child and enjoy the body you have. Appreciate the strength of your muscles. Enjoy the feeling of life here on this planet. How you should look the other way. Be yourself. Let someone else try to be like the models or celebrities. The world will be a better place if you find a real, unique, special person YOU HAVE. Believe in your healing. Believe that you can live easily and naturally with your ideal weight. That faith is a very important part of what it means to be free. Eating in general is completely natural. Deep down he is able to do.
