What yoga for mother

I am not a Yoga teacher. I have attended only about 3 Yoga classes even though my gym offers Yoga classes. So, why am I writing about Yoga when I know nothing about it? I'm curious - that's my nature. And over the years, this curiosity has helped me to improve my career as a graphic designer and freelance writer. And it was because of a strange form of Yoga (my own kind, or whatever I thought it was Yoga at the time) that helped me swim to shore when I was sinking in the middle of a sinking sea of depression after giving birth to my sons. Both times, I was badly beaten and often turned to the bottle for a solution. The bottle will not be the solution and yet, hopefully it will be. Yoga and the upcoming mom There is all this hype about Yoga that I did not fully understand before - what are all these sounds about Yoga for pregnancy? What's bigger? You have a big belly, you come back half the time, you suddenly like the incentive and you have to wear your husband’s clothes… .you need Yoga to help you cope with all that? However, I began to appreciate the benefits of Yoga as a mother when I first started attending classes, reading about them in books, magazines and websites. This amazing technique can help mothers regain their physical strength and send them on a journey of self-discovery and improvement. Instead of helping you deal with others, in Yoga, everything starts from within. So, to solve the problem, you have to go inside. And within mothers, it is always a war zone ... and there is chaos for half the time. Pizza or no pizza? Contact  or not tonight? What kind of mother will I be? Will I cut my baby's fingers when I try to dress him or her? With the kind of strange thoughts (and hormones) that occur inside our mind and body, mothers often have difficulty finding peace. Your doctor will often tell you that although a nutritious diet is important, finding peace, tranquility and calm for you and your health is important for the pregnant mother. Ordinary Mother Yoga Considering the fact that Yoga can help bring relief from disaster, it is obviously a good decision for you to try Yoga if you are considering starting an exercise program. Best of all, join the gym… is what I did. I used to make fun of people joining gyms and judging with loud dance music, remembering icabanga “Eyes imu gym is just a sad excuse for disco. Instead of serving peanuts, they serve fruit juices. Instead of alcohol, they serve bottled water. But everyone is trying to get into the social thing in the gym. Social group! ” And as a mom, I do not have time to join a fun group. But I was wrong. As soon as I gave the free 10-day trial, I became addicted. No makeup, no clothes to wear (oh, teens who go to the gym still wear it up to the age of nine and apply a mask to the gym) and no hypocrisy. I go to the gym and go to a Yoga class to sweat - I end up ugly but I feel so good! Mothers can open their minds and free their hearts after Yoga Yoga has this effect that brings peace to people that cannot be explained by words. It should be heard. It’s like hitting those positions, stretching those muscles and bending back ... and all this time, your mind is opening up and all the dirty thoughts are just coming out of it. Yoga can be like ‘rubbish removal’. And this can be good for the whole family, especially the kids, as well. After an uninterrupted Yoga session, you will feel refreshed. Even a mother who is upset, sleepy, tired, and beaten will have more energy to spend with children. Instead of feeling irritated and trapped, mom can use Yoga to actually experience relaxation, a relief that helps to relax, not only the body, but also the mind. I don't know about you ... but I will study other classes because I have seen the benefits. Yoga can do a lot for ordinary single people who don’t have a baby…. Think about what she can do to mom.
