It has nothing to do with the Ottoman Empire and the Treaty of Lausanne is not a 100 year term but an indefinite treaty with no fixed term. 

Occupied by Italy and Britain, Iraq and Egypt were occupied by Britain, Syria, Tunisia, Algeria and Libya were occupied by Italy, while Saudi Arabia was ruled by the Meccan Empire Hijaz.
