Tesla going to make a battery that lasts for 100 years. Tesla battery research group has released a paper on a novel. It says that it is a nickel-based battery tech that could last 100 years. It also delivers similar charging and energy density as currently used lithium Ferrum phosphate cells. This research group in Canada accompanied with the Dalhousie University released this paper recently. This paper says when this battery is charged at 25 degrees Celcius it will exceed the battery life of more than 100 years
It is first reported by Electrek and this development has been collaborated with the best battery technology expert, Jeff Dahn (Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada). These batteries have unique chemical composition. It is more durable when compared to Lithium-ion batteries and it allows a higher range for the future EV.

These charging stations are currently free for Tesla business customers. The Tesla Model S was the first car that can use this network that is followed by model three and model X and model Y. some Tesla have free supercharging for life of 100 to 400 kWh per year.

So they said it can last up to 35 years. Tesla offered 375 miles of range for a full charge is the longest range and they said it depends on how large the battery is.

So why is the range different from each Tesla model the answer is model 3 is Affordable so it has a smaller battery. In an EV How cost is high the battery is bigger and more mileage range.
