What ways To Manage Work Stress For Women

Women are more prone to work because of the many roles they play in life: as a woman, wife, mother, daughter and friend. Women work over 9-5 shifts, often having to rush home to cook dinner, help the children with homework, and prepare her husband for the next day's office dress. The stress and anxiety caused by endless work and the last days of an impossible world in a fast-paced, high-tech world have made women's life a complex web.

The question is: How can women cope with stress and anxiety? The first step is to identify the problem and understand how these psychological and emotional conditions make women's lives more difficult.

Depression is a combination of fatigue, restlessness, depression, excessive concentration, and excessive darkness that is the result of overwork and other home or personal problems. The difficulty of trying to balance time between work and home has made many women suffer from depression. Personal or relationship problems such as divorce or separation have also been a source of panic attacks among women. Women who own and run their own businesses are also prone to depression. Their high driving business success can not always protect them from times of stress and overwork. On the other hand, women in positions of responsibility have to deal with position politics, and the fear of retrenchment.

But there is still hope for overworked, depressed women. Here are some effective ways for women to reduce and manage work-related stress:

1. Attach relaxing scenes - It can be a poster or a small drawing with beautiful scenes. You can even download screen savers of beaches, waterfalls, pristine lakes and other scenes that help create a calm atmosphere.

2. To-Do List - Use Postings or other sticky notes. Color code your notes and even install an “alarm” on your computer to remind you of important tasks. The important thing is to know what to do first.

3. Time is up - As they say, "All the work and no play makes Jack a bored boy." Take a deep breath. Make it a point to read emails especially trash. Perform stimulating activities like sudoku or brainteaser. Reading some inspiring books like Chicken Chicken Soup.

4. Reset your workspace - Add a "home" look to your workplace ... set photo frames for your family or your favorite pet. If you ever feel stressed out, look at their happy faces or their beauty — and you will find yourself smiling too!

5. If a plant is not just a plant - Having a plant in your workplace is about relieving positive stress. Studies show that looking at something as green as a plant helps to cool your eyes after a computer monitor throughout the day or after a long study. Focusing on a green plant will have a cool effect.

6. Exercise - Walking, climbing stairs, or going out running helps fight stress. Exercise helps to clear up misunderstandings. During exercise, your body releases endorphins that help your body relax. Endorphins also act as natural painkillers. There are many exercise videos you can use from regular aerobics to pilates, tae-bo, and a host of other fitness programs.

7. De-clutter - A dense workplace such as pens, pencils, notepads, tons of paper scattered over every inch of your work adds to your stress. Make your workplace more attractive by organizing your belongings and disposing of items that you no longer need.

8. Set Limits - Speak and be clear, let your colleagues know when you are more available in a chit chat.

9. Reduce your caffeinated diet - caffeine is known to be a stimulant, too much of it adds to stress and leads to depression.

10. Eat a good breakfast - Do not skip meals even if you are really in a hurry. Studies show that when you make a habit of eating breakfast every day, your body gets the protein it needs to provide the energy to cope with the working day.

Overcome work-related stress without beating yourself up. Learn how to relax. Of course ... we have responsibilities and obligations but if you do not learn to relax — fatigue is what you get! Make an effort to relax. Listen to great music. Try not to smoke. Because if you are not careful, the results can be high blood pressure ... pressure… and a host of other diseases that can affect your work and home health. It's time to dump her and move on.
