The upcoming Tamil action film Vic ram which is directed by loges is gearing up for its release on June 3. The film features Kamal Hasan, Fahad Fossil and Vijay Sethupathy in the lead roles. The music for the movie was composed by Anirudh Ravichander. While Vic ram is now in line for a large expectation from fans, director Loges in an interview with a regional media reportedly revealed that the film is a spin-off of Kamal Hasan’s 1986 film titled Vic ram, which was a spy thriller.
The director reportedly said that he wrote the story based on ‘What If?’ scenario as to what will happen if the character from that film. He added that when the film and the characters were already in existence, he did not want to break that dimension wall and used the elements as is. The director, revealing that he is a die-hard fan of Kamal Hasan, said that he listened to Kamal Hasan about his past films.
In the interview, Loges also said that he did not make the movie to break the fourth-dimension wall and reportedly made the film based on what was already there and developed it. This movie, apart from the three main heroes, also has Arjun, Narain, Jayaraman among others in its cast while the much-awaited Kamal Hasan movie Vic ram is soon to hit theaters soon, the trailer of the movie has gone viral on social media. Vic's ram is being theatrically released on June 3 and later streamed on Disney+ Hot star. The film, which is unrelated to the one released in 1986 with the same title and Kamal in the lead role, has a stellar star cast led by Vijay Sethupathi and Fahad Fossil. The trailer promises a triangular face-off in terms of action and histrionics, pitting the three accomplished actors against each other. Loges is a hit director whose previous two movies, “Keith” and “Master”, had hit the bull’s eye at the box office. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for the movie. Its first single, “Patella ”, with lyrics by Kamal, is already a chart-topper. The movie was produced by Kamal Hasan’s Raj Kamal Films International and Stalin’s Red Giant Movies. The power-packed Kamal Hasan’s ‘Vic ram’ trailer trended on social media; fans thrilled to see a long row of their favorite actors, including Surya, produced by Kamal Hasan's Raj Kamal Films International. The first look poster of the film, the preview video and the making video were released recently and attracted fans from all walks of life. Cinematographer Girish Gangadharan, who won the National Award for his film and will be cranking the camera for this movie. Composer Anirudh composed the music. Sony Music has acquired the audio rights to the film. Filming of 'Vic ram' officially started in Chennai a few months ago. This was followed by the first phase of shooting. The second phase of the film was shot in Pondicherry, Coimbatore. Such a great movie of Kamal Hasan is awaiting a head. Kamal Hasan Vic ram movie will be the biggest action entertainer movie.
