Women today are always on the move and that is very common all over the world. Most are able to successfully combine professional life with privacy. Statistics show that about 50% of business travelers are women and the number continues to grow day by day. Walking with short notice means planning and getting ready to go. Be wise and plan well in advance.
1. Keep tabs on the list of parents of children who can accept entry, even overnight if necessary. Keep a small notebook in which you write down such things as the children's diet, their schedules, important phone numbers, likes and dislikes, and doctor numbers and medication lists, including allergies and known allergies.
2. Keep the travel bag always full and ready to go. Pack a combination of clothes to move you regardless of the weather in your destination. Easily wear carefree and dark colors on the trip. They are stainless, non-abrasive and will scratch well.
3. Eat less often and cooked foods avoid green salads and water and ice. It is wise to eat junk food before the flight and to try and sleep during the flight. This way you will get to your destination refreshed. Be sure to drink plenty of bottled water during the trip.
4. Establish a routine of calling home times that work for you and your loved ones. Make sure you get reminders from your family members and the babysitter and others who pick up insults while you are away. It shows them that you care.
5. Always put security first and put a sign that says “do not disturb the door of your hotel and if you are nervous put a chair under the door button as they do in the movies. Keep your cell phone open and fully charged at all times and carry the security in the form of a pepper spray, alarm, or if you are trained and licensed for a small, secure weapon. In many cities, police are organizing women's training classes to learn how to protect themselves and what to do in an emergency. Try and make time to visit these.
6. Avoid dark trails and idle roads. Never talk to strangers or accept food or drink from a stranger. When traveling, never leave food or drink unattended. Stay alert at all times.
7. Choose a hotel carefully. Choose to stay in well-built hotels or small dormitories and B & Bs where the owners are usually family members. Always send an email with fax details of your accommodation plans and travel plans to your home and office.
8. Always carry important documents, money, traveler's checks, and passport in your wallet.
9. Keep yourself confident at all times and go in groups always safe with numbers.
10. If you are not well go to a government hospital. Never go to a private clinic.
11. Never carry essentials like jewelry and always carry a small flashlight and a medical kit with you.
12. For safety reasons arrange with your family to take appropriate action if you do not contact them as planned.
Avoid room service and dine in a hotel restaurant. And never reveal details of your whereabouts or your travel plans to anyone.
Be careful and smart and you will be able to walk again and again safely.
