Skin is the most sustainable organ in the body. It defends against diseases and infections, manage temperature and even vitamin-producing resources. Keeping skin healthy is necessary for overall beauty and health, even though most of us are interested in knowing how to keep our skin look healthy, rather than working on it.
The best way to keep skin looking healthy - thin, smooth, shiny, soft, soft and free of wrinkles - is to avoid sunburn.
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun causes a rash that looks healthy, but it does serious damage to the skin in color, sunburn and loss of elasticity. This can cause premature aging in the form of wrinkles, fine lines, worsening, dark skin, unbalanced skin tone, loss of light, enlarged pores and dryness. Even the best genes, skin rejuvenation treatments, or oral contraceptives will not succeed if a person has a cold and is chronic.
Keeping it away from the sun helps, but if you can't avoid it, you should make sure you use sunscreen. This is very important if you expose your body to the sun for a long time.
If we think that a person is still conscious of exposure to the sun, how can we continue to improve our skin condition? We know that certain oral supplements are effective for good skin health, but what are these ingredients and how effective are they?
Internal Addition
The first group will be the vitamins and minerals, which are essential for the proper functioning of all the organs.
Vitamins and minerals that can affect skin health include B-complex, especially B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and B12 (cyanocobalamine). The apparent lack of vitamins B1 and B2 is known to cause certain types of dermatitis (a kind of skin inflammation). B12 deficiency is especially threatening for fast-moving neurons and cells, including skin cells.
In addition to B vitamins, deficiency of vitamin C, iron and copper also affects skin health. All three are necessary for the generation of collagen, a key protein in the skin, which replenishes the skin and gives us tone.
Vitamin A is essential for the normal life cycle of skin cells. Lack of Vitamin-A leads the skin to become dry, flaky and wrinkled. However, extra Vitamin-A may be more toxic and should be avoided.
Vitamins C and E have been considered anti-oxidants that reduce free radicals. (Free radicals result in skin deterioration and aging.) However, although free radicals and the job of anti-oxidants are unquestionably, clinical results have not been proven strongly when additional vitamins and other micronutrients improve skin quality and reduce from the aging process.
Excess doses can be as dangerous as shortages, so it is best to comply with the recommended daily allowance (RDA).
Topic Help
Oral ingredients should be compatible with the ingredients used - sunscreen at least SPF 30, creams (preferably with white skin agent) and moisturizer (preferably with a skin lightening agent). Compared to ongoing applications, the effects of oral ingredients are moderate and subtle. Consumers should be realistic about what they look forward to because the results will definitely not show up in 7 days or 2 weeks.
We recommend a holistic approach to skin health, which includes:
* A healthy diet that includes all food groups as well as vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.
* Sustain a positive attitude. It is well reported that other skin conditions - such as acne and eczema - are more usual among sufferers.
* If you smoke, stop smoking. Smoke generates free radicals, damages skin circle and causes tooth decay and other flaws.
* Reduce exposure to the sun and use a good sunscreen daily.
