     Many weight loss products result in rapid weight loss; however, is this really guaranteed? Furthermore, can these products live up to the promise of a fit body?

     In the United States, an estimated 50 million people try to lose weight. But, unfortunately, only 5 percent are successful. One thing is for sure, beware of fraudulent claims and extremely high prices because weight loss is not magic.

Samples of weight loss products on the market today:

Diet Patch - It was removed from the FDA in the 1990s because it had become ineffective.

Magnetic diet pills - allegedly flush fat, but not.

Guar gum - causes internal obstruction.

Electrical muscle stimulant - no proven effect.

  • Appetite glasses - These claim that the projected image on the retina reduces appetite. Prove no.

By losing weight - through acupuncture, reduces appetite.

 

Examples of weight loss products are also:

     Dietary drinks that are beverages or food blends are used as meal options. One mention of this is that once a person takes a drink, he will eventually lose the weight he lost after a short period of time due to empty stomach feelings. Second, diet supplements and medications also do not work long term. Over-the-counter tablets A mixture of phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride can raise blood pressure and headaches. On the other hand, Ephedra can cause serious side effects such as heart disease, seizures, stroke, and death. EG:

     Herbalife Nutrition Program - As good as two meals, dieters can follow shakes and artificial diets and not want to work in their lives.

  • Mega-Thin 100 Formula - His formula is an anti-fat weapon. However, there is no emphasis on a diet, so he concludes that he has appetite suppression.
  • Nestle Sweet Success - It is recommended to take three times a day, and it does not promote healthy eating habits. Also, it isn't easy to lose weight after stopping admission.

Ultra Slim-Fast - This plan requires regular exercise but does not teach good eating habits.

Diet pills with FPEDRA and PPA - Many of these have diet plans. Slimming can come from a diet plan and does not require a pill, and there are risks of adverse side effects.

 Chitosan products - taken from shellfish, which can cause diarrhea, blue, and gas. This will only work if you study a low-fat diet.

Chromium Supplements -M This product will lower blood sugar, body fat, and cholesterol and cause anemia and memory loss. Studies show only minimal or beneficial effects.

Green Tea Extract Products help lower cholesterol and triglycerides and help with weight loss; however, the caffeine content can cause insomnia and discomfort. Algae Tablets - Spirulina contains important nutrients that can be accepted as part of various diets but are very expensive. St. John's wort supplement - claims to reduce appetite and reduce weight but can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, fatigue, drowsiness, and allergic reactions.

     Glucomannans products - Two capsules of food are reduced before each meal. Known as food thickeners but has not yet proven safe or effective. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

     Even if you plan on using over-the-counter supplements or participating in weight loss activities, the decision is that you still need to eat fewer calories than burn weight. Therefore, when choosing a weight loss or program, gather as much information as possible.
