What to keep in mind before starting class 11th?

Before starting 11th with science, commerce or arts, you must keep in mind that like 9th, in 11th also there is a big gap between 10th and 11th.  Like in 11th, the midterm syllabus is like the full class 10th, so you must make notes. My recommendation for you is that you make your own notes as to when you make your own notes, you know which is important for you and which is easy or difficult, and tried to follow one pattern in notes.

Mostly, 11th students don't know what they are studying in the first or second month. But don't give up; that will be the time when you can understand the gap I am talking about earlier. Generally, the main reason for your lacking is that in the 11th class - most students think it's time for fun, but it's not. That is the right time to build up the basics for the entrance exam and boards, as there isn't much pressure. I get your concepts strong in 11th, then you can easily make out through 12th, but if you don't, then you'll be struggling whether it is any subject.

For students whose aim is to get admission to a good university or college, you must keep one thing in mind that 11th had more importance than you think, as mentioned earlier. If you are serious about your future, you already know that many things you study in 11th asked in your competitive exam, and later in 12th, the concept you studied in 11th became a base for your 12th topics.

Now some important things which I recommended to you are:

1. If your aim is broad, then follow NCERT only. If you are preparing for the competitive exam, then follow your reference material, but side by side after completing the chapter revises NCERT once a time.
2.Separate easy and tough chapters; once you have covered a part of the syllabus relevant to the class 11 course, figure out the chapters you need to prepare from the beginning and chapters that will only need a quick revision before the exam and give them time accordingly.
3. For your good performance, paste your aim in front of your study table and think about your preparation for that aim that is sufficient, or you need to give more efforts.

4. The important thing that generally students don't follow is to keep track of the number of chapters you have to cover in that month, week, or in some particular number of days.
5. Prepare a weekly schedule and tries to complete it within that period as it gives you the confidence to do more and move on with more interest.
6. Many students in this class have misconception that the things in which we have no interest are not of any use in our future. Remember that the syllabus and exam don't want your instruction; they want your knowledge and understanding of the topic.
7. The common things practice previousyears'spapersr and solve mock test papers and accordingly to my opinion you know how they help you improve.

So, dear students, if you have started preparing for the entrance exams and boards right from your class 11, the above-mentioned tips will definitely help you get a good rank in boards and competitive exams.

For those who struggle while studing and medium students. Follow the steps below to prepare yourself for the 11th class.

1. From the beginning, be highly focused and motivated.
2. Never miss going to school, as it is also important and in between studying student you fell focused towards studies.
3. Always revise what you have done in school after school and make daily studying a habit.
4. Make a study timetable, focus on strong and weak areas, and divide the time among the subjects accordingly.
5. Ask a lot of questions to clear your doubts timely.
6. Generate interest in the subjects by actively participating in the class and being attentive when teaching you.
