What to eat before and after exercise

     There are two types of people who work out at home and those who go to the gym.  Some people who train at home start exercising as soon as they eat.  Some people who work out at the gym leave for the gym as soon as they wake up in the morning.  All of them do not care about the food to be eaten before exercise.  Without energy in the body, do not do exercises.  In fact, everyone who works out for muscle and thigh training, as well as those who meditate for peace of mind, needs energy for their training.

  Before Exercise 

  The foods you eat should be such that they significantly raise blood sugar levels.  In that sense, here is a list of foods to eat before working out.

  * Apple

  * Orange

  * Pear

  * Papaya

  * Peanut butter coated whole grain bread

  * Oats

  * Yogurt

  * Green tea

  * Nuts.

  After exercise

  When exercising, all the energy in the body is used up.  Therefore, all foods consumed after exercise should be easily digestible and not over-chewed.  Generally, after exercise, many people consume electrolytes and protein drinks for energy.  They, instead

 

  * Water

  * Young water

  * Eat things like bananas.

    Amino acid plays an important role in increasing muscle strength.  In that sense, it is better to consume boiled eggs, buttermilk and milk.  High fat diets should be avoided.

  Focus on time!

  * Only after digestion, the body will get the necessary energy, 20 - 30 minutes to digest bananas, pears, etc. Consume.

  * Eat 40 to 60 minutes before going to the gym.

  * The hour after finishing exercise, is very valuable.  The reason is that at that time the muscles are waiting for nutrients.  The food you eat then will complement the exercise you have done and strengthen your body.

  * Eat some healthy snacks within 20 minutes of exercising.  After a maximum of 3 to 4 hours, the food can be consumed.

  * Drink 2 to 3 ounces of water before and after exercise.

  During exercise, drink a little water every 15 - 20 minutes.  Often thirsts for too much water while training.  When you are thirsty, drink a little at a time, without drinking water too fast.

  General Advice for Fitness ...

  * Completely eliminate sugary and fatty foods from your daily diet.

  * Include more whole grains, fruits and vegetables in your diet.  Drink enough water to prevent dehydration.

  * Exercisers like athletes and body builders can drink water along with sports drinks and electrolytes as recommended by the trainers.

  * In the daily diet, 55-60 percent carbohydrates (oats, beans, fruits, vegetables, wheat, pasta, etc.), 15-20 percent fat (fish, nuts), 15-20 percent protein (fish, chicken, low-fat dairy products)

  * Instead of eating the whole meal at once, split the meal and eat 5 to 7 servings.

  * Some people who are exercising for the first time do the exercises directly without warming up.  Do not start training without warm-up.  Some people who are new to the gym are eager to train more.  Gradually increase your training time and training routines.  That is what is good for the body and health.
