Obesity is a common health problem that is defined as having a high percentage of fat in the body. This can lead to serious weight gain and health problems. The CDC estimates that 19 percent of American adults are overweight and 18 percent obese. It has grown by just over 4 percent since 2014 and will continue to grow in the coming years as more people become aware of this fact. After you read the definition, let us now look at some symptoms of obesity. How Does Obesity Affect Your Life? Obesity can affect many aspects of a person's life; Physical, mental and emotional. There is no medical disease associated with obesity, and it can vary from person to person depending on a number of factors. There are some major effects; 1) Increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, 2). Increased risk of heart disease, diabetic complications and ****** 3). Weight-related problems, such as back pain and difficulty breathing, 'How much impact will it have on us if we do not control our diet?' So, I hope you know what I'm talking about. But when it comes to self-control; Do you feel like a person who controls cravings, cravings or cravings for food? Let me introduce you to some such scenarios. 1) One student said he had never eaten ice cream in his life. Does he not know how to make ice cream? Or is he unable to separate people because of his size? Even though he often eats ice cream and suffers from obesity, he has to ask his uncle or uncle to find out how the ice cream tastes. 2) Employee after work every day. Do the same exercise daily until they feel tired or bored. Employees may be ashamed to look at their bodies and stop training because they believe they may not be as healthy as ever, but they are wrong! These workers can also injure themselves by sometimes falling and injuring themselves while doing all sorts of activities such as pushing and pulling in the gym. This means they do not have the balance and flexibility that lead to being less active. That is why they gain weight, become unfit and the muscles become loose, causing them to look older as they started. 3) Retired person living alone, they want to live their life without stress and anxiety. Seeing that there is nothing wrong with eating ice cream whenever the mood is bad, only food is important. Their diet may be balanced but, the problem arises when they start craving for soda and other sweeteners. In addition, they try to eat ice cream with soda pop as often as possible. They think that this mixture makes them happy, but it actually helps them to gain weight and make their skin and hair brittle. To stop this trend, the government must first formulate policies to stop these problems and educate the public about weight loss strategies so that they can go through diet or other means to lose weight quickly. In addition, such campaigns should be conducted to demand that people stay safe and take care of each other. Last but not least, exercise is important because by staying fit they will lose weight and keep the weight loss journey smooth. 4) Every person needs their daily diet. We need food to fill our stomachs when we feel hungry. Food is also the biggest source of our happiness. You may think that this is an important factor when deciding when to eat. Of course, everyone needs food but, it varies from person to person. 5) Some foods are addictive. If you ask a lot of people what they don't like about food, almost everyone will have an answer somewhere. Most people say that they really enjoy eating it once. But, when it comes to addiction, food has completely taken over their lives, and it affects every area of their life and no one is aware of this fact. Many people say that food is one of their main reasons to buy in bulk, so they are always ready to buy food. Even well-fed children are more likely to avoid certain types of food, but the truth is that children are less likely to avoid certain foods because they have already eaten. By buying bulk items, parents buy less food items so that the children feel better. So by avoiding unnecessary foods and spending time with family, children can also reduce their craving for food and get enough time to read or play. 6) Lack of exercise is directly related to high blood pressure. High blood pressure makes it difficult for your heart and lungs to pump enough oxygen to your blood, and therefore your body does not function properly. If this happens regularly, your body will be severely affected and by the time the damage stops, you will experience severe fatigue, headaches, difficulty breathing and chest pain.
