What to do for good health?

All the members follow the following rules for the best health in the family.  Keep in mind that these rules are being given to healthy people so that their health remains intact.  As far as possible, the rules can be changed in the condition of the disease: -

Get up early in the morning and walk 3-4 miles (7-8 kilometers) daily.  Take a little walk in the evening if possible.   Drink water with food sparingly.  Drink water after an hour of lunch.  If the food is hard and dry, then drink 2 - 4 sips of water.   Night awakening leads to an increase in Vata, which protects the body—taking a little nap while sitting is good for your health.   Wash the nairas with cold water twice a day with water in the mouth; it is beneficial for eyesight.    Must urinate before bathing, before bedtime, and after meals.  This habit protects you from back pain, stones, and urinary diseases.

Eating foods should be taken at the beginning of the meal, sweet juice (sweet), the acid in the middle, salt juice (sour, salty), and finally, bitter, tikt, kashaya (tart, peppery, karela) juice.  A person seeking health should be ejected from the body with urinary, feces, venus, Apana Vayu, vomit, sneeze, belching, yawning, thirst, tears, sleepiness, and exertion of exhaled breathing.

Some people have the impression that you have to sweat for hours every day to stay fit, but recent research in Germany has shown that this assumption is not correct.  According to this research, even 10 minutes of exercise is enough to keep you fresh.  Maybe 10 minutes of exercise will not reduce your body's excess fat, but 10 minutes of exercise will energize you and make you feel refreshed throughout the day.  Its effect
Ten minutes of exercise every day increases the strength of fighting diseases by 40%.   Climbing the steps of the office, getting down, and walking from the parking lot to the office is also a refreshing exercise.

Ten minutes of jogging in the morning can keep you fit for several hours.  Keep in mind that exercise should be enjoyed; do not consider it a burden. If it is not possible to go out and exercise, then dance for 10 minutes to the tune of music. Drink plenty of water as soon as you wake up in the morning.  The buttermilk is a little after lunch, and the warm milk nectar before bedtime is the same.

Avoid exercise in case of fever, fatigue, weakness. Keep in mind, where there is exercise, there is peace, the place is clean, there is natural air, and there is enough natural light. If you want to increase the time of exercise, increase it gradually; you can suffer from fatigue and weakness by increasing the time.

Do not negotiate during exercise; keeping silent during exercise increases lung capacity.

Training by relieving stress and keeping the mind and body calm. Accept the reality that you cannot always be young.  Whether exercise day and night.  Proudly accept growing age.

Yoga practice is necessary for good health and long life, but in addition, it is also required to follow some general rules and precautions.  Following these rules-precautions and information, the routine starts getting organized, and we can remain young for a long time. Make a rule to get up before sunrise in the morning.  For this, make a habit of sleeping early at night.  After getting up in the morning, retire from the toilet and do the lift.  Put water in a copper vessel at night for heat and drink about two glasses of water on an empty stomach in the morning.  During the winter season, make the water a little lukewarm. Before sunrise, retire from routine work and do yoga in an open environment.

Give importance to physical exertion in your routine.  Many diseases arise because we work more than the brain and less from the body.  Laziness, walking, playing, climbing ladders, exercising, helping in household chores, etc., should be engaged in physical labor activities.

Must drink at least two liters of water a day. Take food only when you are hungry.  Eat a little less than you are hungry.  Chew well and eat.  Leave the nature of eating something throughout the day.  Drink plenty of fluids like milk, buttermilk, soup, juice, water, etc. Follow the laws of nature because by "wrestling with nature," no one can be healthy. Make a rule of yoga practice every day.
