A Real Feeling Of Despair At The Fact
That, A Three-day War They Thought Has
Now Turned Into 300 Days Of Basically
Retreat By The Russians, of The Patriot
Batteries That Are Now Being Offered By
The Americans To The UK
Formidable Weapons Uh They
They Are They're Defensive They Are
Designed To Knock Down Incoming Uh
Missiles Both Ballistic And Normal
Missiles And They'll Be Hugely Useful To
Uh To The Ukrainians They Will Require A
A Lot Of Training, You Know That This Is
Not Going To Happen Overnight And
They're Going To Be Trained
Uh Ukrainians Will Be Trained In Poland
And They Will Then Use Them And They
These Are Very, Significant
Defensive Weapons That Have Now Been
Offered To Them
And This Is Something Ukraine Has Been
Asking For A While Isn't It, Why Are
We See That This Change Now
The Patriot Batteries Are Incredibly
Expensive Very, Valuable, And Very
Difficult To Operate, They Can't Simply
Be Sort Of Turned On, On A Whim And
America Is Very Precious About The
Patriot System And Therefore Up To No I
Think It's Been Felt That There Was A
Problem With Giving Them To The
Ukrainian And With Training That Is
Involved In It, So I Think As The
The Situation Has Involved Evolved And As
Russia Is Now Targeting Infrastructure
It Makes A Lot Of Sense, Uh, For The
Battery Batteries To Be Uh
To Be Said To Ukraine And To The
Ukrainian To Be Given The Training
Which Will Allow Them To Defend The
Cities Against The Bombardment By The Uh
By The Russian Uh Drones And Uh And
Missiles This Is A Big Victory For
President Zelenskiy, Is This What He
Would Have Hoped For, Was He Hoping For
More Or Is This A Fairly Satisfactory
Outcome For Him
Oh, This Is Not Nearly Enough Uh
President Zelenskiy, Is Looking For Much
More Abort From The United States And
From The Other Allies As Well, It's Clear
That This Uh, That This War Is Going To
Go On For Some Time
Um But The Tenacity And Bravery Of
The Ukrainian People Are Something
Quite Uh, Amazing, And I Think That Was
Reflected By The Reception That The
The President Got Uh In The Congress With
Both Houses On Both Sides Of Each
Congressional House Giving Him A Rapture
This Uh, Appeal
A Rapturous Response To The Appeal That
He Made You Know I Find It Difficult
To Believe Uh That President Putin, Who
Came After All From Leningrad From Saint
Petersburg, Which Was The Leading Grad Which
Was Under Siege By The Nazis During The
Second World War To The Point Where
People Were Scrabbling Around, Uh To
Survive Under The Siege But Who Yet
Prevailed By That Man Of Leningrad
Things That He Can Beat The Ukrainian
People Into Submission Quite An
Extraordinary Blind Spot President Putin
Seems To Have Even With His History
And Have We Seen Any Response Yet From
President Putin, What Would You Expect To
See Next To Him
Well, President Putin Is A Stranger
Characterize This Not As An Invasion Of
A Sovereign Nation Uh In Neighborhood
But As An Attack By The United States
And By NATO And Russia Which Uh Is A
Lie, Of Course, It's A Lie Nobody Is
Attacking Russia At The Present Moment
Everybody Wants To Help And Defend The
Ukrainians, But This Will Simply Make Uh
President Putin, Is Angrier But It Should
Also, Make Him Reflect Because The
The Military Made Of The United States And
Of The Other 29 Member Countries Of NATO,
Is Now Deployed In The Defense Of
Ukraine So In The High Command Many Of

The Morning That President Putin Has Been
Addressing His Fellow Russians And
Essentially Saying Look, We're In This
For The Long Term And It's Going To
Be Pretty Difficult
Yes For The Russian People Are Not
Stupid And The Military Commanders Are
Not Stupid, So They're Willing To Go
Along So Far
But Actually, If You Look At The Pictures
Of The Military Command, Who Listened To
Yesterday, Those Who Were Still Awake
Uh Did Not Look Convinced And
They Know Only Too Well How
Badly They're Doing On The Battlefield
And How Well The Ukrainians Are Doing As
Well So President Putin Is Desperately
Trying To Keep Up With A Public Opinion On His
Side In Russia Because He Knows That
Without That Public Support, His Own
The Position Is A Ninja, So The President
Zelensky Was Not Only Talking To The
American Congress And Not Only Above
To The American People, He Was Also
Talking To The Russian People As Well
Who Will Eventually Despite The Clamp
Down On Using Say, Russia Will Gradually
Get The Message That They're Not Winning
The Ukrainians Are Winning And This
Is A War That Has No Benefit In The Long
Term For The Russians And The Russian
People As A Whole
And Russia Says It's Now Planning To
