What the Power of A Fat Busting Food Diary

It is a weight loss diary and using it can guarantee complete success no matter what your weight loss goal may be. Never underestimate the power of a diet diary. Using it daily will ensure that you are very aware of your current bad eating habits. By using it you can identify the cause of your weight problems. So what is a food diary? After all it is just a small book that you take with you wherever you go for at least two weeks. After this you can keep it somewhere safe and refer to it three times a day. So here's a quick description of a food diary: Week 1.Your diary on the front page mark your current weight. Now all week you should write down everything you eat during the day.
