With five titles apiece, Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings are the most successful IPL teams.
Since 2013, when India won their first of five IPL trophies, Rohit has been the team captain. Most recently, he led India to the ODI World Cup final.
Under Rohit's leadership, there were additional titles in 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020. In the IPL 2023, the Mumbai Indians advanced to the playoffs.
