The Kaanta Laga girl, Shefali Jariwala, dies in Mumbai at the age of 42.
Shefali Jariwala, a model and actor who gained notoriety for her breakthrough performance in the classic music video Kaanta Laga, died in Mumbai. Her age was forty-one. Shefali experienced a sudden cardiac arrest late Thursday night, between June 27 and 28, according to preliminary investigations. She was taken by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, and three other people to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai. Doctors, however, pronounced her dead.As of right present, the reason of death remains unknown. The family and her representatives have not yet released an official statement. With her stunning performance in the remix video Kaanta Laga, Shefali Jariwala rose to fame in the early 2000s and was dubbed the "Kaanta Laga Girl." She later appeared in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, directed by Salman Khan. Shefali eventually switched to reality TV and became well-known for her appearances on Nach Baliye and Bigg Boss 13 alongside her husband. Her past relationship with fellow participant and deceased actor Sidharth Shukla made her arrival to the Bigg Boss house especially noteworthy. Despite dating for more over ten years, Shefali insisted that they always treated one other with respect on and away from the show.
