What the five CRITICAL things to do for your health and weight loss

I am often asked what is the best diet, or the best diet plan, the best exercise program and which is the best book you can recommend to improve your health, fitness or weight loss. The answer is no. There is no better book, and there is no right or wrong way to do it. The 5 Most Important Things to Do to Improve Your Health are 1. Keep learning about health, fitness, nutrition and weight loss from a variety of sources One of the most important things you can do right from the start is to get started. health education, followed closely by doing what you learn. We are a very different group of people and what works for you may not work for the next person. You need to find out what works for you from a variety of sources, expand your knowledge and not accept one thing as the best in your life. Keep reading, keep reading and keep track of what works for you and discard what does not work for you. Knowledge is not power, but “knowledge in action is power!” Some simple things to keep in mind are that the body uses food and if you give it the highest quality food, in any manor that happens, then you will be consuming healthy food. you will probably get better results in general. Maintain nutritious food by eating as close to nature as possible, organic where possible and eliminating processed foods and fats. 2. Find a mentor. Someone who has been there, done that and that you can model. I realized at a young age that if we can model someone who has been and does that and got results, then you can "cut a curve" to find out what works for your health and weight loss - what it doesn't do and in doing so get immediate results. Find a mentor, an example of what you want. If you are losing weight or improving your health, find someone who has walked in your footsteps and knows what you are dealing with. Compare them. Do what they did, repeat their process and contact them to ask what worked and did not. You can save yourself a lot of time and effort by doing what works and skipping what doesn't work. 3. Apply the information you learn about health every day This is where the action part comes into play. You should start using the information you have gained from what you have learned about health or watching and talking to people you have been with before. If you don't do that you have become a scum of the earth and not a follower of his own. You need to start applying the principles you have learned every day and keep practicing them. Without temptation and error, you will not get anywhere fast and you will never really know what works and what doesn't. 4. Repeat the first, two and three steps Remember, there is no right or wrong way to lose weight, improve your health or get what you want. You need to keep learning and challenge what you have learned. I'm told that what I'm teaching is wrong and I wonder what your results were when you tried it? Well, they did not try so I asked "what right do you have to tell me what I am teaching is wrong". It may work for me or for the many people I train with including you, but without trying and challenging you, you will never know. Keep learning about life, keep learning, keep applying what you have learned and this new knowledge. Start a process of sorting out what will work and what will not. Remember this for yourself, not me or the other guy, but what will help you achieve your goals of losing weight or your health. This may be about applying some of the qualifications that seem so controversial that you think they just can't work. One of my favorite quotes is "don't believe anything I say, but I challenge you to prove me wrong". My goal is to give it a try. As I embarked on my journey of losing 300 pounds, I read one book and preached principles as a gospel. Eventually I was told to “shut up” and learn more, so I took it upon myself to learn anything I could do about my health and weight loss. I began to apply my newfound knowledge every day, found people who had previously used it and what they believed in, that worked for them in their lives and found out for myself what had worked. Eventually, I discovered the great secret of health and weight loss. 5. Never give up. It does not end. Depending on the size of your life, the next 30, 40, 50 or more years, what a few days you should be if you go out of your way. Go back to what you did, keep learning, keep trying new things, go back to what you did when you were working and stick to your daily fitness routine. Perhaps one of the most important facts about exercise or fitness is that our body is designed to move and we have neglected that. We should do something every day to exercise our body. Do not lose hope. Never lose sight of the life you want and keep working toward your goal.
