Twelve Tamil Nadu students, who were brought to India from Ukraine for the second time, were welcomed by Tamil Nadu Home officials in Delhi.
Of the 12 who have now arrived, 7 are students and all of them have stated that transport arrangements are being made for their return to Chennai.

Russian troops enter the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv
Oleg Sinekubov, head of the Kharkiv regional administration, said light military vehicles had "entered the city".
He said there were Russian forces in the city center and urged residents to stay inside their homes.
"Do not leave their homes. The Ukrainian armed forces are facing the enemy. The public is asked not to walk in the streets," he said in a statement.

Missile attack on oil depot: Fear of toxic fumes in Kiev
The mayor of the area said Russian missiles had hit an oil depot in Vasilkiv, near the Ukrainian capital Kiev. This has led to fears of toxic fumes 40 km from the capital. Smoke and toxins could have been released into the air as it exploded during an attack on an oil depot in remote Vasilkiv. The Kiev Independent newspaper tweeted, citing the Kiev city administration, that people should therefore close their windows tightly.
A video posted on social media in this regard shows a large amount of smoke spreading in the air.
