What ten Things to Look For to Spot a Fad Diet

Fashion meals are everywhere. They come and go. some simply continue their course and disappear permanently, while others emerge, leave for a while, and then plan to reappear after a year or two and continue to repeat this cycle. The fact is, there are many good ways to lose weight and keep your balance, but finding the right balance and weight loss means you will need to be able to see the “fashions” out there. that simply does not work for a long time and can be dangerous to your health over time. Here are some of the myths you can look for that can help you see your way beyond the fake and fake ones that exist and remember, if it sounds too good to be true …… 1) THE MAGICAL PILL, DRINK, SIGN OR FOOD IS USED: 30 Million Weight Loss each. These lucrative companies advertise new “effective” ways to make more false claims. They know how many obese people want to lose weight so they know how easy it is to target this market. The FDA has very little control over these types of products since weight loss companies claim that their products are "natural" or "medicinal", and only if these products cause health problems or even death such as the latest ephedrine case, the FDA. he will intervene. 2) FOOD ORGANIZATIONS THAT CAN MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT: There is no scientific evidence to support any claim that certain diets will reduce weight. Simply eating fewer calories than you burn each day in the right amount of nutrients will lead to a healthy weight loss. 3) THE SYSTEM WORKS “WITHOUT DEFENSE”: Although most people would like to be able to take the easy way out, a little exercise goes a long way in any weight loss effort. Sure you can lose weight without exercise, but if you want to lose fat especially not muscle and water, and look healthy and fit once you reach your weight loss goal, you need at least 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days. a week of easy to moderate exercises like walking, swimming and even light weight training. 4) PROMISES MORE THAN ONE OR TWO WEEK LOSS OF WEIGHT LOSS: For any moderate weight loss program to be both heartwarming and healthy, you should not strive to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. A plan that suggests you lose 30 pounds in 30 days is not a good, sound, healthy plan. One pound of fat equals 2500 calories. This means that if a person can burn 400-500 more calories a day, say, with a small reduction in diet and a little exercise, you will lose about one and a half pounds of fat per week. This is a healthy and effective way to lose weight. 5) SEE THE WORDS “FAT BURNER”, “FAT TRAPPER” OR ANYTHING GOOD ON THE LINE: Run like a wind from these types of products. Many of these products have side effects that can cause very frustrated dieters to lose weight. What I can say here is that, if you really consider any of these types of products, do your homework and learn all you can about them first, or take my advice and avoid it as a disease. 6) SAY "IT WILL PROMOTE YOUR METABOLISM": Most of these products are more than caffeine products. A pill, powder or drink will not speed up your body. No logic behind this! These products are usually diuretics that only work to speed up your heart rate and make your organs work faster thus dehydrating your body. The temporary feeling of being thin will live for a while, and you will eventually gain weight over time. 7) ONE TYPE OF FOOD IS CONFUSED IN A PIECE: Many of you have heard about cabbage soup diet. Remember the grapefruit diet? How many people do you know who have tried some of these diets, lost weight, and quit? Almost no! I personally know people who have tried this diet, sworn by it with absolute certainty that it would work (contrary to my advice, remember) and failed miserably. Only a few even lose weight at all, singing the praises of the program, but end up being 6 months fatter than when they started eating. These types of weight loss programs are meant to be discontinued over a period of time which means that if you return to your normal routine, you can expect to get a higher “return” rate back on your investment. 8) YOUR CARBOHYDRATE LOW FOOD: The longest and shortest thing here is that you need carbohydrates in your diet, especially if you are trying to lose weight. Cutting out too much carbs from your diet means that extra fat (9 calories per gram) will replace those carbs (4 calories per gram) not to mention the various health problems associated with a high fat diet. Also, too much protein will not help because your body can only use a lot of protein over a period of time. All the extra protein will end up just like fat. Carbs are also a major source of energy for your body, and you need that energy to get in the way of exercise you should be doing. 9) DRINKING DRINKING WATER: Water is very important for weight loss. If you are not told to drink at least 8 glasses or 2 liters of water a day, you are not getting good advice. Water helps your body regenerate and produce more fat. It also helps your liver convert fat into energy, which will help you burn more calories. 10) NO WARNING FOR MEDICINAL PERSONS: If a weight loss product or program does not produce a warning for people with problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disorders and the like, the product or system should be considered highly suspicious. Too many high-carbohydrate foods can be very dangerous for a person with high cholesterol or high blood pressure and a person with diabetes should never interrupt their diet without consulting their doctor. Any good, sound weight loss program will always be concerned first with the safety and well-being of the people who use it. If th
