Many have the crunches and flavors we crave for snacks and kibbles. If you're like most of us, you may have a real junk food snack habit — a habit you need to break to lose weight. Many of the foods in this section can be valuable alternatives.
Barley

Pancakes, breads, cereals, soups, or as a cereal dish commonly known as kasha, are excellent alone. 155 calories per cooked cup.
