The MRCA of all coronavirus is estimated to have existed as recently as 8000 BCE, although some models place the common ancestor as far back as 55 million years or more.
The most recent common ancestor of the alphacoronavirus line has been placed at about 2400 BCE, of the betacoronavirus line at 3300 BCE of the gammacoronavirus line at 2800 BCE, and the delta coronavirus line at about 3000 BCE.
Bats and birds as warm-blooded flying vertebrates are an ideal natural reservoir for the coronavirus gene pool.
The large number and global range of bat and avian species that host viruses have enabled extensive evolution and dissemination of coronaviruses.
Coronavirus is a virus that is transmitted from bats. Also, it is known as it has come from China.
It is an infectious disease. Many people who came in contact with this virus may have respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment.
Older people who have problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are likely to have a serious illnesses.
The most efficient and best way is to protect yourself and others by washing hands or using alcohol-based sanitizer and not touch your face after using it.
The virus spreads through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it's important that you also practice respiratory etiquette
You can find vaccine information on the official WHO pages.
Here are some precautionary measures that each one should take:
One should maintain atleast 1-meter distance between yourself and others. It can reduce the risk of infection. If we maintain a greater distance between ourselves and others when indoors.
Wearing a mask is most important. If possible, then use a disposal mask.
Stop going in crowded areas. Stop going to beaches and others entertainment places.
Stop meeting people outside.
Don't eat unhygienic food, especially not to eat outside.
Stop touching eyes, nose, and mouth.
Take precaution while coughing, sneezing as; while doing it covers your nose and mouth with elbow or tissue.
Clean surfaces frequently with those which are regularly touched.
What to do when you do not feel well:
We should know the symptoms of COVID-19.
Stay home and self-isolation if you have minor symptoms like cough, headache, mild fever until you get fine.
If you have a high fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, get a medical facility immediately.
Thats all.
Many of them have also heard that the third wave of COVID 19 is coming.
The answer is: The head of Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases of the Indian Council of Medical Research, Dr. Samiram Panda, said that there is a possibility that 3rd wave of COVID 19 can hit India by August-end, but it can be avoided. The third wave could happen around the end of August, but it isn't inevitable. We need to be more careful.
