What Music About Dance

Although we all know that jazz is a musical style and that it is a dance style, many may not realize the importance of dance in music. There are many songs that mention the importance of dance, and still as a society we have forgotten the importance or limited that importance to those of a certain age. It seems that as we grow older we tend to forget not only dance but also the inherent importance of dance.

"I Hope You Dance" is just one of many songs that deal with the important role that dance plays in nurturing the human soul. If there is anything that is important to everyone in life, it is to dance whenever the opportunity arises. You never know when you will miss out on opportunities to dance, or if you will miss a lot of them. Take them when they come, and your life will be filled with more joy than you expected. Although there are many other songs that can convey the message, there are very few that speak briefly than this particular song. "When you have the choice to sit outside or dance, I hope you dance."

Garth Brooks is another musician with an excellent commentary on dance. His song "The Dance" does not necessarily speak of the importance of dance, but of participation. Depending on the choice, most people who lose their lives in a risky endeavor have the opportunity to tell the rest that they did not trade the dance for another breath. The lyrics of this song are somewhat haunting, "I remember the pain 'but' I have to remember the dance".

Believe it or not, not all good songs "mentioned about dance" are folk songs. These are honestly, in my opinion, extremely sharp. Other great dance songs include "Let's Dance" by David Bowie. The lyrics of the song include the verse "Let's dance for fear tonight". You will never know the truth of the matter, and dance is a great way to celebrate life.

Music and dance have been going on together for many years and will continue to do so even after leaving this land. At least the same as expected. I hate to see what the world would be like without dancing. It will have children who don’t laugh, and living will be a sad world. If you want your children to keep dancing, you have to teach them to dance. Teach them that it is better to dance around the house and be crazy. That it's okay to dance their way into their work (if it makes them smile while taking out the trash, go for it!). Teach them that dance is a great way to express happiness and that laughter is the best way to follow their dance.

Native Americans have a long and rich heritage when it comes to dance. He made his dreams flow from the heartbeat of the motherland and danced in harmony with nature. They danced for joy and sorrow, war, peace and praise. I can not imagine a better example than this when it comes to dance.
