The BTS agency BigHit Music revealed that Jeon Jungkook, the youngest member of the group and "maknae", would be releasing his brand-new solo song, "Never Let Go," on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 1 PM KST. This news has BTS fans all around the world going crazy. This year 2024, FESTA will be hosted in the Seoul Sports Complex in South Korea on June 13. According to Billboard, it will commemorate BTS's 11th anniversary which will include this song.
With the release of his debut solo album, GOLDEN, in November 2023, Jungkook became a global popstar. It was a huge success, reportedly ranking at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Now, with his next release, ARMY will be enthralled globally once again.
According to an official press release, Jungkook's pledge to his followers to never let go of each other's hands is embodied in the fan anthem that is expected to become a big song on music platforms. ARMY quickly showed its support for the artist by trending "Jungkook is coming" on social media, particularly on X (previously known as Twitter). The Army added that they would wish to honor this pledge to each of the seven guys who are performing their required military duty.
