Higher education is usually offered by universities that can award degrees. It is provided under certain rules and regulations with respect to certain steps. Formal education is provided by specially qualified teachers, who must have effective teaching skills. There are also strict rules. Both students and teachers, are aware of the facts and participate in the learning process.
2: Non-formal education:
Non-formal education may include teaching parents how to cook or how to ride a bicycle. People can also get an informal education by reading a lot of books at a library or education website. Informal education is not about going to school and using a specific teaching method. This kind of learning does not require any conscious effort. This is neither planned nor expected. This can be learned in some markets, hotels or at home. Unlike formal education, non-formal education is not provided by institutions such as schools or universities. Informal learning is not offered on a set schedule. There is no need for a set curriculum. Non-formal education consists of experience and real life in the family or community.
3: Non-formal education:
Non-formal education includes adult basic education, adult literacy, or school readiness. Informal education allows someone to learn literacy and other basic or vocational skills. Homeschooling, individual learning , distance learning and computer learning are other possibilities. Non-formal education is conscious, thoughtful and systematic. It should be organized for a homogeneous group. Non-formal education must be programmed to meet the needs of specific groups. This requires flexibility in the design of curriculum and assessment plans.
