What Is Your Subconscious Mind's Power?

According to scientists, we barely utilize 10% of our minds. Consider what I just said. Only 10% of our brains are used! We're squandering the other 90%. Consider the following scenario... What if we only spent 10% of our income? Could we make ends meet with 10% of our salary? Unless you're Bill Gates, of course. What if we only ate 10% of the meals we prepare? Isn't that a complete waste of food? What if we only slept 10% of the time, or 80 minutes every day? Could we make it? What if we only had 10% of the oxygen that was currently available? Could we make it? To all of these questions, the answer is an emphatic NO!
So, why do we put up with merely utilizing 10% of our brainpower? Consider your own life. Do you have the freedom to live the life you want on your own terms? Are you satisfied with your work, or do you believe it could be improved? There's a good chance you're only using 10% of your potential. What if you could improve your life by 100%, 500%, or 1,000%? I can already hear you saying, "That's impossible" or "That's too difficult to accomplish." You're repeating the same pattern in your life if you said that, which indicates that you're only using 10% of your brain or less.

MIND MINDSET MENTAL

Stop reading right now if you're content with only employing 10% of your brain. Continue reading if you're not content and want to know how to use the rest of it. Consider the brilliance you could achieve if you used your entire mind. Napoleon Hill, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Maxwell Malt, and others are only a few of the great teachers of using the mind. These men figured out how to use the mind's power and how to tap into it.

I'm here to tell you that you already have the most powerful instrument in the Universe in your hands... your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. Everything is known to your subconscious mind. If you use it right, it has all the answers. It can lead to a life of peace, prosperity, health, happiness, and success! This is true in every element of your life.

HEAD PERCEPTION

It's not because of you. You were never taught how to think critically. The past is no longer relevant, and today can be a fresh start. It makes no difference what happened before today; what counts are what occurs now. You must trust your subconscious mind and think that it can help you live a happy and successful life.
Let's begin with a pretty basic technique. As an alarm clock, use your subconscious mind. Tell it what time you want to get up before you go to bed. Assume you wish to get up at 7:00 a.m. Tell your subconscious mind to "wake me up at 7:00 am" before going to bed, and envision a clock that displays 7:00.

Starting to make impressions on your subconscious mind is the first step in transforming your life. This can be accomplished by using affirmations and thinking specific thoughts. Let's imagine you wish to attract more money into your life. Simply repeat the phrase "I am money and success" over and over. Several times a day, repeat these words. It's preferable to say them first thing in the morning and immediately before bed. When your mind is in an alpha state, you are in a relaxed condition. When you speak them, be sure you mean what you're saying and concentrate on the words. If you consider it a chore, it will not benefit you. You can say them while meditating as well.

This can be applied to any situation. Ensure that the affirmations are positive rather than negative. If you want to quit smoking, for example, don't state "I don't smoke." Instead, say, "My lungs are clean and healthy, and I don't smoke." "I am" and "I am not" are two of the most powerful words in English.

PERCEPTION PSYCHOLOGY

Also, it's critical to think positively; don't tell yourself things like "I'm just never lucky" or "I'm just meant to be poor." Instead, tell yourself things like "I am lucky" or "Things always work out in my favor," and "I am wealthy and successful." If you have trouble believing yourself when you say them, change them to make them more believable. You might begin modestly or declare, "I am on my way to getting affluent."

If you need assistance with an issue or are faced with a difficult decision and are unsure which option is best for you. Solicit assistance from your subconscious mind. Let's imagine you're considering two different employment offers and are having problems picking between them. Inquire of your subconscious mind for assistance. "Infinite knowledge of my subconscious mind, I ask for your assistance in selecting what is best between these two jobs offers, I beg for your assistance and guidance in making the right decision for me," you can say.

POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

Listen to your subconscious thoughts by being still. Close your eyes if necessary, and don't try to push anything to come to you; instead, simply be still and listen. It's fine if you don't get an answer immediately away. It's most likely looking for a solution, which could take some time. But, rest assured, the solution will arrive.... possibly the following day or the next week. All you have to do is be vigilant and keep your antennae up. It's possible that the answer will come from somewhere other than you, possibly after you wake up. You may have a clear idea of what you should do. You might read or hear something that will help you figure out what to do. You might get your answer if you run into a friend, and he says something that will assist you to make a decision. Just be patient and don't get frustrated or overthink things. You are delaying the arrival of the answer form by doing so.
