What is your investment strategy?

What is your investment strategy?

Many stock investment strategies can be followed, one of which is the concept of free shares. This significantly reduces the risk and multiplies the investment amount.

Free Shares: This is the best way to build your long term wealth with practically no risk. You can also buy 1L or any less A grade stock. This will give you 10% return over a period of time. Then you have Rs. Only sell all your stocks worth 1 lakh.

My investment strategy is very simple.

    Let us now discuss:

I never trade intraday. When I was new to this stock market, I made some big gains as well as losses by doing it intraday. But over time, as I have experienced, I have come to realize that intraday is not the right way to make a steady profit. To be a great trader / investor, I realized I had to do something else. Then I tried to find out and understand how the stock market really works. And then I devised my final strategy of investing consistently at a rate of 8% to 20% per month.

  Swing trading, My Favorite Strategy:

Now I am trying to explain my strategy concisely and simply.

I have Rs. 500000, I will divide this amount into ten equal parts and invest in ten different stocks. That is, I have Rs. 50000 per stock. And I will wait for more buying positions (using random momentum and RSI). If my goal is achieved, I will sell that stock and make a profit. Then I wait for another stock to buy in the oversold position (I wait for a 52-week low). This way I have ten stocks in my portfolio and I earn an average of 8% to 20% per month.

Now I will discuss how to choose my entry position (buy position) and exit position (sale position), what exactly do I do:

•     First I will do some basic and technical analysis of the stocks I want to invest in (I already mentioned  my technical and basic analysis in my previous answer).

Basically, I invest for short term (1 month to 6 months).

I only buy stocks that are already at a 52-week low and then wait to reach my goal.

I use RSI and Stochastic montage to confirm overbought and overbought positions.

Usually I aim for 10% profit. Sometimes I do 5%, and sometimes I do 30%, depending on the situation.

I have stocks like Ashok Leland in my portfolio that are already over 55% (I have owned them for the last 6 to 8 months) and still I know they have a very good potential because I am not selling them.

Finally, I believe in my strategy and use my intelligence to strengthen my portfolio in the best way possible.

I know he's the best moneymaker in the world. So I immersed myself in doing experiments and research, and it has now become my hobby. Every day after school from 5pm to 10pm, I'm busy with stock analysis and everything.

So formulate your own strategy and move forward. Wish you all the best.

    Happy trading and investing.

     Best wishes,
