What is World Events And Wise Forex Trading

Forex trading has the potential to be a lucrative and satisfying career that will allow you to have a few livelihoods of some of the most lucrative jobs in the world that can offer people from many walks of life and without asking any of those men and women for a diploma or special certificate.

But Forex trading is not easy; it may be easy to enter and place your first trade, but being a profitable trader is a different matter. You will need to find the right information and strategies to understand and know when to enter or leave a trade fulfilling the main goal every trader, should have; to make money.

There are two types of analysis you can do in the Forex market. They are known as technical analysis and basic analysis. It is not uncommon for traders to divide themselves into "technical" and "fundamentalists". Each team dedicated to the main tools each type of analysis gives them.

Professional forex traders base their trading on chart analysis and the number of indicators found in price reduction programs and patterns. Meanwhile, Fundamentalists traders base their trading primarily on the basic numbers and economic indicators of the economies of countries. Although, even though they are different, both tendencies are often complementary.

In this article, I will put myself on the side of "fundamentalists" and focus on one of the situations a forex trader should be aware of and not let the events involved affect his trading efforts.

This dangerous situation is that when unprecedented, unpredictable world events begin to grow as the trading day progresses. The result of this escalation and the rapid spread of news about a series of negative events is an escalation of fear, confusion and uncertainty in the trading world. And fearless traders are not accustomed to making the best trading decisions because they are committed to insulting and responding emotionally rather than thoughtful and wise decisions.

If you need to have specific examples of these types of events, you can search a little deeper into your memories and consider the impact of a few types of chaotic world events such as political turmoil or corporate scandals such as; Enron, World Com, or human beings like Martha Stewart's case, etc. There is also the case of the September 11 terrorist attacks in New York, March 11 in Spain, etc. And natural disasters: tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, snow, droughts, storms, and wars can cause great disruption to trade routes.

In short, every forex trader should make sure that his trading system has secure built-in monitors (stops, limit orders) to prevent major financial losses to his trading account in the event of the negative events I mentioned above. And as we face the reality, many of those events are bound to occur in the future.

 What Is the Forex Market?

The foreign exchange market is where currencies are traded. Currencies are important because they allow us to purchase goods and services locally and across borders. International currencies need to be exchanged to conduct foreign trade and business.

If you are living in the United States and want to buy cheese from France, then either you or the company from which you buy the cheese has to pay the French for the cheese in euros (EUR). This means that the U.S. importer would have to exchange the equivalent value of U.S. dollars (USD) into euros.

The same goes for traveling. A French tourist in Egypt can’t pay in euros to see the pyramids because it’s not the locally accepted currency. The tourist has to exchange the euros for the local currency, in this case the Egyptian pound, at the current exchange rate.
