The wood apple is an edible fruit. A tree on the Asian continent. A tree that is native to India. It is a plant species. It is a delicious fruit with a funky smell.

APPEARANCE

The appearance of the fruit is like a ball-shaped outer appearance with a hard shell coated in it. Its shape fits perfectly in the hand like a ball. It looks like a light brown color.

Wood apples are a good source of fiber to help the intestines work properly, beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A to help with skin health and vision preservation, and vitamin C to help the immune system function better while calming inflammation. BEVERAGE

It is known as wood apple juice. 1 large-sized wood apple 2 tsp sugar powder, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp black salt, and 2 tsp crushed mint leaves break the shell with a rolling pin, then scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Mash the pulp with your fingertips and take out the seeds. Make sure not to leave any behind because the seeds are rather bitter. Add some water and gently mash it once more. Now pour the pulp into a strainer and press it against a sieve with a wooden spoon. As much pulp as you can is extracted via it. Add salt, sugar, cumin, and pepper to this and mix until everything is thoroughly dissolved. Add ice cubes, crushed mint leaves, and the juice from the top to a big container. Stir, and then serve cold.

In Southern Asia, wood apples often occur around October through March, though this might vary depending on the locale and growing conditions.

BENEFITS
