What is Wisdom to Spiritual

After completing your worldly duties, you should engage in spiritual pursuits and undergo proper training to attain Mocha. Some people become so engrossed in life that they do not even have the necessities of life. Their mind does not want to get rid of it. When the wisdom of wisdom comes to such people, they will be satisfied with worldly life. Again, they do not want to indulge in worldly pleasures again.

The scriptures do not say that one should give up the  necessities of life and perform austerities. Those who really want to attain enlightenment will attain the wisdom of attaining enlightenment even if he happens to enjoy the pleasures of the world. There is no end to desires in the world. We must get rid of worldly pleasures that are the only mind-boggling medicine. Only then can we progress spiritually. To live and enjoy the pleasures of the world from the lotus leaf water.

If we attend the Sat sang, they will help us to some extent to attain the highest level of Mocha. We should pursue spiritual pursuits only by pursuing what we desire. Sat sang guides us to progress spiritually. In the same way, we should make friends with those who are living in a spiritual way and thereby train us to gain spiritual experiences. Must attend sat sang frequently. When we attend such a sat sang, we can listen to spiritual lovers tell us about their experiences and live accordingly and find peace in the spiritual way.

Sat sang will serve as a drain to get rid of our mind when it is in turmoil. Our minds get a comfort and a clear solution. Our minds are as light as fluff. When we go to the temple when we are in divine contemplation, our mind will think only of the Lord when unnecessary thoughts arise, as well as when we attend the sat sang. Makes comment about spirituality count. Spiritual songs like music, myths and legends can only be heard. One can learn through experience attending sat sang that it only makes people engage in good deeds.

It is important to fence and protect the young plant when it is young. Otherwise, the cattle will graze and destroy the plant. Similarly, in order to attain the Lord, the Sadhu Sang initially required the worship of deities in the temple. It is necessary to live in solitude from time to time in life. Only then will there be great desire to reach the Lord.

We have to have intense desire to reach Motca. It is only by increasing the desire in Mocha that it is able to take action. We will pursue whatever is desired in the world and its relevance. Suppose, for example, that a person wants to become a musician, and he often seeks out music. He seeks a guru who is proficient in psalms. He would search and buy texts related to Psalms. He listens to musicians and accomplishes his feats of voice enrichment. Similarly, in order to attain Mocha, one has to look for the necessary means to progress spiritually and carry out spiritual exercises.

Some people want to attain Mocha but do not make any serious desire or effort in it. The reason is that they do not really have the mental desire to reach Mocha. Attempts should be made to attain peace of mind in order to attain Mocha with the mind that the wearer will be humiliated. Some people will try to do spiritual training in which they do not diligently and faithfully practice spiritual training. Suppose someone starts digging the ground with the idea that water will come in at fifty feet.

After digging up to forty-nine feet, he gets bored and stops digging to see how the water comes in one more foot and starts digging somewhere else. But when another digs a foot in the same place, the water comes to that place. The forty-nine-foot digger had impatiently tried to dig somewhere else before finishing digging one foot. Similarly, some people impatiently train themselves to progress spiritually. After a few months of training, they get tired of giving up hopeless spiritual training.

How to know or realize that we have progressed spiritually. Before those who are truly spiritually inclined For those who ascend, the pursuit of worldly pleasures and desires for material things will naturally diminish. During spiritual training, one can realize that worldly pleasures do not progress in spirituality if the mind desires to engage again and again in desires. One can well realize that the intense desire for worldly pleasures is not in the spiritual realm.

If you have a strong desire for spirituality, you will get courage mentally and physically in the face of any obstacles. And the mind unknowingly seeks to attend to where the sat sang is taking place. The mind becomes eager to do the spiritual practice that spiritual lovers say in sat sang. If they are not so spiritually inclined, they will think of escaping and tapping into some reason for not being able to attend the sat sang without saying so openly. His activities will be to the extent that there is a desire for spirituality. Thus, we can know that if there is no inclination in spirituality, there will be no interest in action.

To be honest in the world, to live according to the canon of Dharma, to have compassion for life means to live in the mindset that all life should be present. Thereby, we get peace of mind in a spiritual way. Thus, the Lord will greatly help us to progress spiritually as we live emotionally in the spiritual way. We can experience this. This is why the spiritual sages say that the Lord will come ten steps ahead of us if we take a step towards Him.

Meditation is the treasure to know that the Eighteen Saints have discovered for peace of mind through their experience. Meditation is the concentration of the mind. It has been said by the Saints that the thoughts that arise in the mind are faster than the speed of light. Sri Ramakrishna explains the nature of meditation: The lower Multan is the mind, the upper Multan is God. Meditation is simply standing together with the lower thorn, he explains simply

As soon as the mind sits in meditation, the waves of thought will continue to occur to us. Events that have passed in our lives will tell us to think of pleasures and pains then. Thoughts that frighten us into thinking about the future in life keep coming back to haunt us. All these are obstacles or hindrances of meditation. Overcoming these difficulties, our mind must be constantly thinking of the present. Meditation can help when you think like that. We can meditate by observing the breath we take.

Meditating daily in the morning and evening will give us the peace of mind we are looking for. Through meditation, the mind should become accustomed to bringing our thoughts to the present forcibly, even if they go so as not to take our thoughts to the past. Likewise, if we do not miss the practice of meditation to bring the mind to the present without leaving the mind to jump like a monkey to the future, our mind will get peace.

As we sit in meditation, the mind keeps flowing like a river of thoughts. We have to train the mind to make it stand still like well water. For that, you can do breathing exercises. The mind can be prevented from going into other worldly things while we are watching the breath we take. Breathing may seem easy. We need to keep an eye on our breathing as it goes in and out. So it is not possible to say that the mind comes to a state.

If you are thinking about how to meditate, you should sit and meditate in a quiet airy, private room. It is best to meditate between three-thirty and five-thirty in the early morning, the time of Brahma. Every day we have to sit in meditation at specific times and do half an hour of meditation practice. We can experience through our experience that meditation gives us peace of mind and a refreshing effect on the mind.

The sages say that just as we can get peace of mind through meditation if we think about the well-being of friends and relatives without even realizing it when we meditate, so as can the person concerned get peace of mind through the meditation we do without them meditating.

Yoga should not be practiced unless the mind is at peace. Yoga can be compared to an immovable flame. The lamp is moved by the speed of the wind, as well as the mind is moved by worldly desires. If the mind is calm without being disturbed, it means that yoga has gone hand in hand. Through meditation, we get the peace we seek. (Silence will continue)
