To do Asana, first lay a yoga mat.

After this, hold the legs with your hands and bend the waist backwards.

Practicing Asana is also very beneficial to get rid of the problem of vertigo. Asana is a word, of Sanskrit language. It is made up of two words, Shamash and Asana. Shamash means grasshopper and Asana means posture. That is, in this state the shape of the body is like a grasshopper. This Asana is also known as Grasshopper Pose. Its practice strengthens the spine.
Practice this Asana slowly. Learn how to do Shamash-
To do Shamash, first, lie down on your stomach on a yoga mat.
In this position, your back will be up, and your stomach will remain on the ground.
Keep both your legs straight. Keep the toes of the feet straight and upwards.
Now straighten both your hands and press them under the thighs. In this position, your right hand should be pressed under the right thigh and the left hand under the left thigh.
Keep your head, neck and mouth straight.
Take a long, deep breath. Now try to raise both your legs upwards.
In the beginning, you can also help with hands to raise the legs.
Now stay in this posture for at least 20-30 seconds. After that, exhale and come back to the normal position.
You can practice this Asana 3-5 times.
Shamash should not be practiced in case of pain in back, waist, legs. If Shamash is done in this way, then the problem may increase.
