Women have a habit of carrying every work, every responsibility on themselves, whether it is at home or in the office or on the street, perhaps in the same way women have been raised that they have to play their traditional role. At the same time, you have to go on carrying the burden of responsibilities on yourself. Often they also feel that no one can do better work except them. Whatever the reason, they are surrounded by fatigue and stress resulting from it, which results in negative on many levels.
Fatigue prevails with pressed feet.
You take all the responsibility on yourself because it gives you a lot of praise from others. But, when the pain of being constantly burdened with work erupts in the form of irritation, anger, resentment, stress and sleeplessness, its effects are visible not only in physical and mental form but also in emotional form. Bad mood without talking, eyes twitching... all this is only a sign of fatigue dominating. Not taking care of yourself, always carrying the burden of not being able to do anything for yourself, etc. can take away the motivation from you to do something. If you do not remove yourself from this situation in time, then it will start affecting both your personal and professional life.
Busyness is such a fact in the life of women, from which they are unable to remove themselves even if they want to. But if you feel the guilt of not being able to do the work properly after reaching the office with the tiredness of the house, then definitely ask yourself do you enjoy doing this work? What kind of change do you want to bring into your life? Have you lived a life of responsibility for yourself round the clock?
Imagined? Only after knowing the answers to these questions will you be sure to start saving your energy and saying bye-bye to fatigue.
Don't hesitate to get help.
Sharing your workload and thereby reducing your stress and fatigue is the easiest way to deal with this problem. But it is not so easy for women to do so. But, before hesitating to ask for help, consider that your fatigue can spoil your relationships with your husband, children, friends and colleagues. If there is too much work, then learn to share your responsibilities. Many household chores can be assigned to other members. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness or incompetence. It refers to how to treat others wisely.
Change this habit.
If it bothers you to get someone to work, then of course ask for help, but stop saying 'yes' to everything. Say 'no' for some unnecessary work or for things that anyone can do. If you keep saying yes to everything and everyone, it means you are telling yourself no to everything.
Make time for yourself.
Like you set aside time for the work of family members, do the same for yourself. Often women themselves do not give priority and that is why they feel that they are missing something. Give time to your care, and grooming. Take time out for your interests and at least get eight hours of sleep at night without any guilt.
Take care of your health, as fatigue and stress quickly overwhelm an unhealthy person. When the body is unhealthy, then there is also a mental dysfunction. Exercise regularly. Avoid eating a lot of food under stress. The feeling that you are living life for yourself will fill you with new energy and freshness.
Don't limit yourself to hard limits.
Accept that no one can do everything. When others come forward to help you, praise them instead of criticizing or taking a dig at their work. Let the kids fix the bed in their way. Let the husband keep whatever clothes he wants to keep in the cupboard. Appreciate their choice when it comes to shopping, even if they may not be able to bring you the same things as yours. Don't set any boundaries or definitions for a good or successful life. You also have the right to get happiness, being selfish for this will not put you in any dock.
Change yourself.
Waking up late in the morning, rushing to do household chores, getting ready, and leaving for the office without having breakfast. In the evening, working again with an irritated mind, staying up late, if this is your routine, then take steps to change it immediately.
Take up a hobby.
It's natural to feel tired if you're just working out. Do what you always wanted to do, but left it because of your busy schedule. Be it singing, dancing, painting, gardening or any sports. Joining some kind of hobby increases creativity and gives wings to fly. Meet your friends, have a party or go out for a trip unnecessarily. When the monotony arising from the tied routine is broken, then it will not take you too long to feel the change in yourself.
