What is the universe?
All those celestial bodies under the universe are considered to be the combined form of matter and energy.
And meteors and the entire solar family, which includes the Sun, Moon, etc.
That is, the universe is called the infinite sky, in which infinite stars, planets, moons and other celestial bodies are located.
According to modern ideology, the universe is divided into two parts
1.atmosphere
2. space
Galaxy
A huge group of stars is called a galaxy. The smallest galaxy also has a million stars, but the largest galaxy has about 300 billion stars.
The universe is made up of galaxies.
The galaxies of the universe are divided into two parts
1. Systematic Galaxies or Regular Galaxy
Such galaxies are of disc or elliptical shape and new stars are found in them.
2. Chaotic Galaxies or Irregular Galaxy
Disorganized galaxies account for about 10% of the total galaxies. Their stars are very old, and some have a mixture of new and old stars.
Milky Way
The shape of our galaxy is like a flat disk. Its diameter is approximately equal to one lakh light years and its diameter at the center is equal to ten thousand.
Whereas at the ends of the disk its thickness is equal to 5 hundred light years to 2 thousand light years.
The galaxy is full of stars and dust. Twin stars are found in the arms of the Milky Way. The Sun is approximately, 33000 light years from the center of the Milky Way.
Our solar system is very small compared to the Milky Way. Which is equal to only 12 light years.
The entire galaxy is orbiting in space. The stars in its central part are revolving at a faster rate than the outer part.
The Sun completes one revolution of the Milky Way in about 220 million years.
Nebula
The clouds of dust found in the galaxy are called nebula. When the gas in the nebula's clouds begins to brighten, the nebula starts to glow.
Solar System
The group of different planets, asteroids, meteors, comets and other celestial bodies that revolve around the Sun is called the Solar System.
The sun is the entire source of energy in the solar system.
Origin of Solar System
The universe originated about 15 billion years ago. In relation to this, it is said that there was a huge Big-Bag intimidation. As a result of this explosion, the material substances got scattered and assumed the form of galaxies, stars and planets.
Scientists think that our solar system originated from the arm of the Milky Way.
In the arm of the Milky Way was a cloud of slightly cold gas. The main gases of this cloud were hydrogen, helium, oxygen and iron etc.
The cloud slowly began to circle. After that, the gravitational force in that cloud began to decline and the gas spins were generated, whose internal temperature was very high. This disc of gas gradually cooled and took the form of the solar system.
Sun
Sun is a star. It is the head of the solar system. Its orbital period is about 250 million years, which is called cosmic year.
The Sun rotates on its axis from east to west. Its central part rotates in 25 days and the polar part in 35 days.
The Sun is a gaseous sphere consisting of 71% hydrogen, 26.5% helium, and the other 2.5%
Photosphere
The bright outer layer of the Sun is called the photosphere. In this part of the Sun, the gas continues to burn for 300 km.
Chromosphere
The outer part of the photosphere is called the chromosphere. It is a layer of burning gases. Its color is red.
