What Is The Universal Law Of Attraction

The Universal Law of Attraction states:

We attract whatever we choose to focus on — whether it is wanted or not.

In many cases, we attract 'automatically' rather than intentionally. We are simply going through the motions of our day, focusing on problems that need to be solved or on things that may not seem right or seem right. By doing so, we are creating more and more problems, many of which are unpleasant and others that do not seem right.

Imagine you are a huge magnet. The type that pulls the metal away from it. "It doesn't try" to attract, it just attracts. The same is true of us. Whether we try to attract or not, we do it all the time. (Unless we are asleep.) And we draw the likeness of what we think. When we think of something, we are missing out on something. When we think of something we love, we are drawn to what we love and enjoy. I know it sounds incredibly easy, and it is.

We, humans, are very powerful and can use our God-given power to attract more people to our life — by focusing on where we put our thoughts and desires.

An old proverb just came to my mind: “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23: 7 Interestingly, the writer of this proverb states that he “is thinking in his heart” because in many cases, we think we are just thinking. However, from the heart, we truly think, believe, and ‘move’ ourselves.

It is from the heart that we are attracted. Think of your heart as a strong magnetic field. The heart is the ‘vibrator’ of all attractive traits.

Think of a radio. It has many different channels. To tune to a channel, you dial a certain frequency. As soon as we focus on something (dialed its frequency) it begins its journey towards us.

To get rid of something you don't want in your life, just listen to a different vibration (usually a radio station) - to something you like.

I see the art of deliberate attraction consisting of three parts:

1. Define exactly what I want

2. Raise my vibration to the level of what I want

3. Letting what I won't come to me

We have the opportunity to gain the clarity of knowing exactly what we want, with the many ‘comparisons’ we are given for life. The key to using visual acuity is to see it briefly and use it to determine what you want. This requires a little practice, as our habit is to talk, to tell, and to focus on what we do not like.

Usually the third I stumble. I cling to some beliefs that limit me so long that I no longer see them, yet they still shudder at the bottom, canceling what I want.

My job is to let go of all the resistance and believe that what I want will come to me — just because I want it.
