The Top 10 Tech Trends In 2022
Every year, as a futurist, I look ahead and predict the major technological developments that will shape the coming months. There are so many discoveries and breakthroughs taking place right now, and I'm excited to see how they will help revolutionise business and society in 2022.
Let's have a look at my list of significant tech trends that everyone should be aware of, beginning right now.
1. Computing Power:
In 2022, computing power will continue to grow. Many firms are re-platforming to the cloud now that we have significantly improved cloud infrastructure.
We're also witnessing a drive toward better networks, with 5G on the way and 6G on the way. That implies our phones, automobiles, and wearable electronics will have much more power.
2. Smarter Devices:
Computer power is increasing, allowing us to design smarter devices. Intelligent televisions, self-driving automobiles, and increasingly intelligent robots that can collaborate with people to do more jobs are already available. The smart gadget explosion will continue to gain traction in 2022, with the launch of intelligent household robots.
3. Quantum Computing
Quantum computing, which involves processing data represented by specific quantum states, allows machines to handle data in a fundamentally different way than ordinary computers. Quantum computing has the potential to provide computational power a trillion times greater than what today's top supercomputers can provide.

All of these patterns rely heavily on data. Because of our world's digitization, we now have tremendous amounts of data, and data has now become the most valuable corporate asset for any company.
