What is the reason of conflict between Russia and Ukraine

The rapid struggle between Russia and Ukraine was unexpected as it progressed. Two days ago, when Russia saw the republics of Donetsk and Luhansk revolting, it was clear that Moscow was planning a direct confrontation, yet no one expected it to have a full-fledged war with Ukraine. The separatists control about 33% of the two regional territories, while the Ukrainian power controls 66%. In line with these lines, the unresolved issue was whether Russia would try to take over the Ukrainian-occupied region. Therefore, one would expect Russian President Vladimir Putin to do anything.

The foundations of the conflict are constantly coming back. In July 2021, President Putin wrote an article in which he emphasized the close recorded communication and civilization between Russia and Ukraine. Two days back, he stressed that Ukraine had never been an independent nation and was often important to Russia; it was the denial of Ukraine's existence as an independent sovereign state. The little Russia desired was that Ukraine should be at a high level and not include NATO. Russia's protests against the US and Western Europe come back in 20 years. Russia was opposed to the development of NATO, the Cold War movement, to unite the former Communist nations of Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in the former Soviet Union. In 1997 and 2004, NATO expanded to include former Communist countries without Russian protests.

Following the US invasion of 9/11, Russia provided constant support in the US terrorist war in Afghanistan. However, just one year from now, in 2002, the US came out on its own in an ABM agreement without speaking to Russia. In 2003, the United States invaded Iraq, ending Russian protests. Later, there were many problems when President Putin had real complaints against the US and NATO.

FUNDAMENTALS OF RUSSIA-UKRAINE COMMUNICATION

In February 2007, at a Munich Security Conference, President Putin made an in-depth analysis of US unilateralism and a humanitarian dialogue strategy. The 2008 Russia-Georgia War widened the gap between Russia and NATO. Another issue where Russia had a real booking was a US strategy to help change power, which is suspected to be disruptive. After the 2004 Orange Revolution in Ukraine, the support of Viktor Yanukovych of Moscow was replaced by Yushchenko of Russia, who needed to get closer to the European Union.

In 2005, Putin described the break-up of the Soviet Union as the "best fiasco of the twentieth century". From that point on, he has been trying to take over the former Soviet states into the Eurasian Economic Community, backed by Russia. Ukraine, as the second most populous country, lies between Russia and Europe, and the first place of Russian Civilization has a unique significance. In 2010, Russia's Yanukovych supporter regained control of the regime and in 2013 suspended trade agreement with the EU, sparking endless fighting. In February 2014, he fled Ukraine. Putin was so incensed that he invaded and occupied the Ukrainian province of Crimea, where Sevastopol, a base camp of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, was organized.

BURDEN ON INDIA BETWEEN RUSSIA-UKRAINE CONFLICT

India has been under a lot of pressure due to civil strife. The dispute could lead to an increase in the cost of crude oil worldwide, which has a real impact on the world economy. Considering its unusual encounter with Moscow, New Delhi has not yet considered Russian operations. It needs a quiet purpose for the conflict, considering the genuine security concerns of the mass circles in the conflict. The advantage of Ukraine is its ambiguity and regional integrity, while Russia needs Ukraine and other post-Soviet states should not be allowed to join NATO. It may undermine Ukraine's decision-making process, but perhaps that could guarantee central security interest
