After enjoying the practical pleasures of life, he finally gets rid of the difficulties of transportation. On the contrary, a person who behaves deceitfully and resorts to lies in everything is neither able to get rid of worries nor can claim the grace of God. Not only does his life deteriorate, he is also deprived of the right to happiness and freedom in the next world.
Why are truthful behavior and words called penance? The answer to this question is simple that walking on the path of love and truth in the world is as difficult as walking on the edge of a mine. The seeker and practitioner of truth has to face many difficulties at every step. Even his own people get scared and often leave him. The seeker and worshiper of truth has to walk alone on his path, facing all kinds of pressure and suffering. The one who pursues truth, despite not worrying about all this, remains steadfast and steadfast on his path and continues to move forward. His work cannot in any way be considered less important than performing penance. In the light of all these facts, the poet, the ultimate worshiper of truth, on the basis of extensive and direct experience, has rightly called truth the greatest penance.
After this, the poet comes to the other side of the information only on the basis of experience. On the other hand, he has called lying or misbehaving as the biggest sin in the world by calling it 'a sin equal to lying'. On thinking seriously, we find that not only is there weight in the statement, it also contains a huge reality of life and society. If a person does not hide his evil, but accepts it, then there remains every possibility of improvement. But humans by their nature are very weak and fearful. He often resorts to lies to hide his evil. Once someone tells a lie, he is forced to continue telling lies one after the other to hide it. Then it becomes difficult to somehow free oneself from lies and false behaviour. Man becomes an object of hatred for everyone. Life starts proving to be a kind of burden. In the light of all these behavioral facts, the saint poet, the searcher of truth, has justified lying as the biggest sin.
This analysis also clearly indicates that every kind of human behavior should always be based on truth. One should never resort to lies even by mistake. If a person discloses everything truthfully when a mistake is made, then there can be every possibility of his improvement in the same way, just as when a disease is revealed to a doctor, its treatment becomes possible. If the disease does not manifest itself, it will rot and destroy the person's body from within. Similarly, if evil is propagated with the help of lies, then life will be reduced to a bundle of false behaviour. It will never be possible to avoid evils. Therefore, do not let your life become alive with sin with the help of lies. Burn the gold with the penance of truth and make it a heaven in this world and the next world. That is why we have got a human body. Its success and significance also lies in this fact.
The person who speaks the truth and remains on its path always achieves progress in life, but the person who speaks untruth never wins. Therefore, if we want to move ahead in our life, we should never tell lies to our parents, teachers and other relatives.
Victory of truth- Speaking the truth strengthens the human soul. His mind attains happiness and peace. A truthful person never fears what will happen if his secret is exposed? He has mental peace. On the contrary, a person who tells lies is criticized in the society. He always thinks that his lies might be exposed.
The reputation of a truthful person increases in the society. He can walk with his head held high whereas the reputation of the liar in the society decreases. He always has this suspicion that people are looking at him with distrustful eyes.
Difference between truth and falsehood - There is a lot of difference between truth and falsehood. Those who have become accustomed to speaking the truth cannot speak untruth, their tongue stumbles while speaking. Whereas a liar is unable to speak the truth due to his nature. From untruth are born the bad qualities of dishonesty, slander, deceit and cheating. These bad qualities make a person a victim of inferiority complex. Man falls in his own eyes.
Conclusion- The one who speaks the truth is brave, courageous, virtuous, honest and hardworking. All paths of progress are open before him. Therefore, we should always adopt truth in our life.
