Our space was invaded by loud expressions, drama, unhappiness and frustration, now people celebrate anger, bragging and arguments.
While some people join social media to perpetrate their actions in businesslike, bitter terms.
Nowadays, social media plays a level and major role in projecting and washing how we want to be seen.
And it is very easy to catch the mistake because everyone wants the latest essence and the latest trends.
Anger, aggression and rude expressions have taken over a healthy social media that was created to force the spread of information.
Drama, trolls, fast pace, no time to sit and think, rinse, repeat, stop, repeat, same cycle, apply pressure and on and on, that's the life we live today.
After all that, you still have to go inside yourself, why?
This is because you only need to calm down after all those things that you consume consciously or subconsciously.
I'm afraid that if you immerse yourself in all that nastiness, your inner self will be trained to always be vile and violent, and who revolves around a vile person? No one!
Being calm has a positive effect on your body and mind because when you interact with people, cool words have been found to produce cool responses.
And what better way to interact or interface? if not through words.
Either written or spoken because, really, what makes you angry?
You might want to respond, but is it worth it? The reaction makes you angry and you know what?
Eliminating anger is necessary to experience this calming effect, because anger and calmness are two parallel lines - they do not connect. Anger as a whole must be devalued.
Never give it a chance in life, it is quite difficult but it is achievable.
You may have to choose what you want to be angry about and think about what to be angry about?
To the point of losing your inner peace Although we have emotions that should have some form of expression that should not be repressed because in any climate anger can come from what is socially acceptable.
Do we really have to be angry? Yes, but dwelling on such consuming emotions erodes your sense of judgment about the whole issue you're angry about.
But if you stay calm, you will empathize and see how best you can solve the problem.
Because the more the problem rages, the more resentment builds up, the more aggression you will show towards the other party consciously or unconsciously as time goes on.
The best thing you can do in any situation or conflict is to remain calm, just maybe you can get the message the other person is trying to convey.
Because most of the time we listen to respond instead of listening to understand.
In most cases when you feel tempted to react, there are things you should consider and these things will help you better manage conflict situations.
Delaying your response is one of them.
In the heat of the moment, you will be tempted to say all kinds of things, but believe me, it could result in a regrettable outburst where the other party could get offended and things could get out of control.
So if you need to respond, hold off for 10 seconds, then another 10 seconds, then another 10 seconds, and you know what – say nothing.
Breathing is also a way to let go, slowing your exhalation while taking a deep breath helps you visualize the situation and think about it, who reacts when you feel uncomfortable? You're trying to breathe, so a reaction isn't necessary at the moment.
The situation is tense and you are about to lose it? Why don't you leave the scene?
It doesn't mean you're a coward or disrespectful, it just means you don't want to give in to emotions that can override sound judgment.
Well, the other side is saying all kinds of things and you've had enough to react to.
Why not just smile, it's the easiest way to keep calm and also the most powerful and expensive tool you have.
Why not use it silently in that difficult situation and stare at you?
Yeah! Try to smile at the conflict or situation and who knows? That little smile on your face can put out the burning flames.
