Philippines- at the present time, the Philippines is making a recovery plan for their economy. As of 4 PM, November 22, 2021, the Department of Health has recorded 984 additional cases of COVID-19. Meanwhile, a total of 2,229 were cured and 218 died.

 Of the total number of recorded cases in the country, 0.7% (19,798) were active cases, 97.6% (2,759,767) were cured, and 1.67% (47,288) died.

 According to the latest report, 2 laboratories were not operational on November 20, while there were 3 laboratories that failed to submit data to the COVID-19 Document Repository System (CDRS). Based on data over the past 14 days, the contribution of these 5 labs was approximately 2.7% in all samples tested and 2.0% in all positive individuals.

The secretary of tourism said that the green list country is not included on the count for travel capacity since there is no need to quarantine for green list countries. Capacity limits will only be counted for yellow list countries. Yellow list country's people who used to be five days. Yellow list country's people who used to be five days. The department of tourism secretary said we have been watching the reopening worldwide especially our fellow Asian countries as Long as they are doing the minimum Health protocols and people are vaccinated that’s why the government agreed Opened up for green list county foreign tourism because people coming from the green list countries have lower cases. So we will think, based it on other countries that are reopened as long as we follow minimum safety protocol.

The department of tourism secretary said that The DOT will also be working with the Small Technical Working Group on Travel on its proposed "Vaccinated Travel Lanes" program to allow entry of vaccinated tourists from yellow list countries under certain restrictions and strict conditions. Top three tourism for them is China, South Korea and America.
