Which included Scindia, Holkar, Bhosale and Peshwa families. Although all the ghats situated on the banks of river Ganga in Kashi have their own importance, but here there are 5 ghats which have been threaded together in the sacred thread of Panchtirtha. The names of these ghats are – Asi Ghat, Dashashwamedh Ghat, Panchganga Ghat, Manikarnika Ghat. , etc. Keshav Ghat.
Kashi is called the city of ghats and streets. Apart from the ghats, the streets here are also famous. The streets here are very narrow and winding. There is a network of streets here.
