The wheel of industry can not run without technicians. And it is technical education that produces technicians.

After doing his Matriculation, the student should be able to earn his livelihood. He should be able to solve simple technical problems and help his parents. Technical education can also solve the problem of unemployment to a great extent because the skilled people do manual labor and earn their bread. They invent new machines and set up factories.
