What is the Impact of confidence in your life.

It is constantly brought to our notice that having a healthy level of self-esteem is critical, and while we understand this, it does not mean that achieving this state is simple. When we make an effort to believe in ourselves, we may find that we begin to have self-doubt or even self-hatred thoughts. Even though it's not hard to make someone feel more confident, the question that needs to be answered is: what is the key to building real self-esteem? Right now, at this precise moment in time, your genuine self is gorgeous, untainted, and flawless. This is true regardless of who you are, what social class or categories you may fall into, your gender or race, where you came from on the planet, or what sort of history you have had in the past.

However, simply being informed that this is the situation is insufficient to meet the standards. You must first create an awareness of the amazing traits that already exist inside you to begin the process of increasing your sense of self-worth. There are plenty of them! To begin with, you were given the qualities of love, compassion, and wisdom. You have a wealth of resources at your disposal, including information, expertise, and power. Some of these skills are well known to you, while others come naturally to you, and you are utterly unaware of the existence of others. Even though this sounds reasonable, there's a good chance that you're underestimating your skills. Why is it so hard to see our good qualities? Yes, our natural state is advantageous. However, waves of desire, craving, rage, pride, ignorance, and envy frequently toss us around. I'm in desperate need of money to upgrade my living conditions. My boss is completely unaware that I perform better than he does, I'm not sure how to repair our relationship, It's not right that my best friend is continually dating, and I'm still single. In Buddhism, these strong emotions are referred to as  "the five poisons." They change how we act and cause problems in our relationships, grief, panic, lack of self-love, physical illness, and problems in the environment. Nope! No way. This just proves that the only poisons we are familiar with are these. Our minds are obsessed with these five contaminants and refuse to let them go. This is because we are unaware of how to obtain access to the more fundamental and truly profound layers of our consciousness. Your consciousness is like a clean lake. There are ripples and waves on the surface, but the water below is undisturbed and uncontaminated. The true nature of the mind is immaculate and unadulterated; it is characterized by awareness, genuine love, and compassion. Toxins, often known as nasty emotions, are only present on the surface. This is the Buddhist viewpoint on how to see your true nature, which is to uncover wisdom within your impurities.

"You are not the limited individual you believe you are. Any experienced Buddhist teacher can tell you with all the certainty of personal experience that you are the very heart of compassion, perfectly conscious and fully capable of accomplishing the greatest good, not only for yourself, but for everyone and everything you can conceive."
